I knew I could bought some from him but I saw only a T1 and 2xT4 from him right now. If he got "infinit T1", could be not soo bad. 5k gold is a bit high but not the worst. | ||

That could be usefull too to start up. edit, yeah, you can use the reforge bench to do 3 for 1. But map sustain still suck. Just did 5 map and found 1. cost me like 25k. a bit boring. | ||

did not know about the 3 : 1 for maps. does that work for flasks and other things too? in any case I didnt have problem with map sustain early. might be RNG idk. I would save rare maps for Boss zones, bosses give the best loot generally. Can regal any good maps (rarity or high watchstone %) if needed | ||

I also assumed for items this means 3 of the same base type --> 1 base type higher, but that's not the case according to Craton? | ||

What Automaton Statue are you talking about? The one in the Titan's Cave? It's always fascinating to me how different people enjoy different playstyles. I started a Merc the other day and had a horrible time with it. The downtime where you and the enemy are just staring at each other because they are staggered and you are reloading was annoying me to no end. The handling also felt weird, both with WASD (not a fan at all) and mouse + keyboard (even worse for merc). I quit at level 11 and started a sorc, which reached lvl 11 in half the time... Hey, I'm very sorry to hear that. Also because I kinda baited you into buying the game.  Haha don’t worry about it bro, I probably would have bought it anyway, and who knows, maybe I’ll try it again later :D | ||

If you are at a gear level thats unlikely to be upgraded - it kills all motivation. There is a lot of good stuff already in PoE2 but a lot of very fundamental , unfinished and flawed stuff as well. Being EA and unfinished I understand that but I think its important to voice that too. | ||

POE1 there are different options of getting OK gear (3 mods) initially via early harvest reforge and essences, e.g. reforge chaos on rings or woe on wands/sceptres. In settlers you'd get boats with a bunch of what were essentially high tier rares from the boats. They could add a system where tokens drop and you're able to choose from a selection similar to those so you'd have better luck obtaining usable things, but that doesn't really do anything to improve the lack of crafting. I'm not sure they'd go for this option over just having them drop, though. | ||
