Now that there's poe.ninja with the build page, I think all of the least competitive classes will see much more competition. That is especially Assassin, Guardian and Berserker.

Got a voll's devotion, and a lycosidae. Farming 2 tabulas to sell for 21c and 20c each was the most boring shit I've ever done in poe. Tomorrow when malice's tank in price I'll buy one of them too, and then 5link a protector and I'm good to go.

I'm playing Inquisitor in SSF SC (first time I play SSF non HC). Using Storm Call with Spell Cascade, it's pretty fun. Got lucky and found Cadiro selling me Tabula in normal lab for 110ish coins. I'm loving how Storm Call looks and the AoE is pretty big with Spell Cascade.

Speaking of Cadiro, are there specific things to keep an eye out for? Like pricing wise? I saw a chaos orb selling for 40 coins really early on, is that a good conversion rate to keep in mind? Or can you get better items for much cheaper if you're lucky (i.e. should I hoard coins)? Tabula for 110 is much better value than 1c for 40, so idk if there's good rules of thumb or anything, Perandus league is unfamiliar to me.

Well, assuming nothing changed about Perandus, the currency deals are usually well worth it. The Tabula deal I had is a pretty rare occasion, you will mostly find rare rings/amulet deals and crap uniques (overpriced too, example: Clayshaper for 900ish coins, and that's not one of the worst deals). So personally I always buy stuff that I think are good. Of course, chances are you will spend coins and see something you need and miss the coins, but in my experience that's rarely happening.

Although in SSF the currency deals are partly not as interesting I guess. Decide for yourself. For example I wouldn't really be interested in Orb of Regrets.

Fuck every single thing about self casting on assassin, I literally don't think there's a viable build on caster shadow that isn't ed/trickster, or sab mines/traps. It sucks to level beyond belief, it sucks at end game, and then you can spend 100 ex on a build which is worse then a 5ex reave build in pretty much every facet. Why the only point of regen was put on the poison end of the ascendancy is beyond me, but that's ggg.

One day ggg will put like 30% increased life on the right side of the tree, and 5% life regen or some life leech or any form of mitigation, cause this is atrocious in comparison to the bottom, top and left sides atm, in every single facet outside of 4k hp poison dps builds

I've only been playing since 3.0 but it really seems like the NE quadrant of the tree lacks really hard now that ES is worse and life is more meta. Not that I have a point of comparison like I said, too new, but I always hear about how strong ES was before 3.0. Could use some work.

Can go Flameblast with the 100% more crit chance on full life, would cap crit without much investment as Assa which isn't something others can do as easily. That said it's only for monsters you can one shot. And it's (selfcast) Flameblast.

I have real doubts that self cast flameblast would be good at all tbh, the 100% more crit on full life is actually 100% increased crit strike chance against enemies on full life, and given that it's a 5% base crit chance capping crit would be borderline impossible before merc lab for it. Leaving you with a skill that you can't move with, takes a while to power up so to speak, uses a shit load of mana, and all the other problems previously mentioned.

According to PoB my crit doubles if I use the Assassin node and check enemy is at full life. Capped at 95% of course. So either PoB AND the MORE description are wrong, or you are. Otherwise you are right of course. I'll be more base crit if you use something to reliably get power charges though.

(I know this because I actually thought about playing it, but decided against it)

Assassin Flameblast might be cool in 3.3 with ignite buffs since you will do one big booom Flameblast and always Ignite. Support it with Ignite Proliferation and you got something here.

Man I can't believe the stuff that can happen to you in this game (new HC event). I finally got my 75/75 block necromancer build going, the next thing I do is go mud geyser map, wyrm boss drops exalt BUT this was a trap. Beyond mob spawned right after I collected the exalt and corpse exploded the boss. Thanks GGG :D

Hey! First time PoE player here. I wanted to get some feedback on a build concept I’ve been trying out.

The idea is a Guard/Necro Scion summoner that focuses on empowering Zombies/Skeletons/Phantasms with Fire/Lightning damage. It would also function as an aurabot-lite. It would capitalize on the aura synergies between the classes, Elemental Equilibrium with a widespread cold attack for resist shred, Phys->Lightning + Wrath + Lightning Golem for Lightning damage, and Anger + Minion Instability + Necromantic Aegis/Chernobog’s Pillar for Fire damage. I’ll get a bit of Curse support too with Whispers of Doom so I can stack Enfeebled procs from the shield with the elemental resist shred curse.

I’m also thinking of using Victario’s Influence for the aura gems, meaning that the biggest issue I’m dealing with is figuring out how to survive. I’ll definitely be going a lot of Life nodes I think, but I don’t know whether to try for Mind over Matter + more Mana, or try going for ES. Or if I should try dropping some Intelligence-related parts of the build and go more ham on Strength to utilize The Baron for life leeching Zombie damage.

Anyway, I’d appreciate any feedback you can give me! Tell me if it sucks or has been done or whatever.
