what about bearers? iirc you can spell block those
Volatiles are based on Detonate Dead iirc. Since that has neither the "Attack" nor the "Spell"-tag your assertion is correct. I'm not sure how this interacts with "corpses are destroyed on death" or, say, Infernal Blow or Profane Bloom.
Next year's 3.0.0 expansion introduces Path of Exile's fifth act. Without any changes to the game's structure, the core game would consist of fifteen acts to play through across three difficulty levels before you arrive at the end-game. Clearly, this is too much and would push the end-game out too far.
We want to confirm that our plan for 3.0.0 reduces the core game to ten total acts before the end-game. Changes of this nature dramatically alter the levels that maps and other systems start at, so we need Act Five to keep character progression relatively similar.
So there will be 4 labs still and they are "working" behind the scenes on Trade improvements :D
Also you will get to kill 16 Gods (4 major, 12 minor) get one of their abilities for each and then through maps enhance those abilities by killing map bosses while using some new consumable item.
Interesting to see what they've come up with for threshold jewels
Chris made it sound like they'd be really useful which is interesting because they came in WAYYYYYY below the power curve in their first release. Not only were they really just atrocious to activate (usually requiring 2-3 completely wasted points on top of burning a jewel socket which is already worth between 2-3 passive points), their effects were in general VERY FAR from build-enabling. Rolling Flames and Volley Fire were great, everything else was somewhere between barely useable and literally no impact (We fixed glacial hammer guys!)
I still think the design is utter shit (static electricity type design appeals to me more rather than some arbitrary "works/doesn't work" threshold) and that requiring unique jewels to make abilities slightly less shit is not very good game design, but whatever.
@Sn0_Man its just an archive of what was in the OP at the very beginning of the league, I might update the post to be more comprehensive if I can be bothered
I'm most likely going to do one of:
1. Pathfinder BV poison 2. Occultist ED 3. Cyclone or EQ Slayer
basically shit that can do lab, and should be effective at dealing with some combination of Nemesis, Perandus, Breach, Beyond
I skipped breach league (unfortunately ._.) due to just not having enough time to commit to the game...and I hate playing games like PoE when you dont have the time to invest. But I'm definitely making some time for 2.6, and for 3.0 I'm making a LOT of time.
For 3.0 I'll be able to play more than i will for 2.6, so in 2.6 i'm only really going to have the time to level one character, and i wanna make it right.
I guess, waiting for patch notes sounds like a good plan haha

its ok that you skipped breach league, can just turn it back on in Legacy League PogChamp
My biggest regret is not playing CoC pre-nerf. It was always the build i was most interested in, but i was never able to afford it. The first league i felt like i understood the game and economy enough where i could afford a good CoC build, it got nerfed ._.
I hope the yet-to-be-announced legacy league details announce that everything is unnerfed for the league. How awesome would that be.
Unnerfed versions of things are available but super rare (they showed 998 facebreakers and double-legacy bor i believe). Other things will be buffed as opposed to unnerfed, but we don't know what all.
Man legacy koams heart HNNNNNNNG
Althought I guess we don't know for sure that there will be koams heart since "over 40" relics means not every nerfed item I don't think.
That's really annoying considering you cannot find the commandments / rules / anything, anywhere on the front page of TL. (they also didn't update the commandments to reflect this rule change) If you google teamliquid rules nothing shows up. And I could just get banned for it because I wasn't paying attention to teamliquid when they made that rule change. TL has gotten really weird in the past few years.
kinda sucks that old leagues are consumable charges, but makes sense I guess =/ was hoping for perma breach and stuff like that. maybe it will be sustainable easily
