I guess there are many different good ways to play it. Though for your tree I'd remove the 4 points for Mental Rapidity (the mana reg is useless) and go for Crackling Speed, even if the Crit Multi is pretty useless as well. Oh and getting Storm Weaver too in case he gets that unique ring. | ||

A short instance-wide cooldown has been added to many monster skills. Monsters with "bursty" skills have had this cooldown applied to reduce player deaths from fast, hard-to-predict damage. This includes skills such as Leap Slam, Flicker Strike, Shield Charge, Lightning Warp and Arctic Breath. Most of the affected skills are appropriate as initiation skills, but are not ideal when many monsters perform them simultaneously. IM A SIMPLE MAN. Instant hype. | ||

If you don't care about Atziri like me, I think all of those listed by you are viable. Arc, Lightning Strike and Spark especially seem interesting. Though last time I played Lightning Strike I really didn't like it so I don't think I would now. And Fireball probably isn't that hot. I'd rather try Magma Orb. | ||
