I'm down around 500PP on both still. PC I have to refresh 4-8 times before I hit anyone usually, and that doesn't mean good connection by default either. I was more just looking for someone to play against. I can play ranked on 360 just fine if I want, but I was just curious about folks to play longer sets for practice and more casual feel. I also just figured more people on the TL thread would be PC, but either works for me lol. But yeah PC definitely feels a lot quieter for Ranked play | ||

http://www.twitch.tv/edmontongamers/b/348360443 4 matches in there, i got timestamps and shit, don't worry, clickety click. the people i played let me get away with some risky stuff... lol. i watched my matches already and i can tell i'm still kinda scrubby, please feel free to tell me shit you notice  i totally almost choked it up in grand finals, i was trying to backdash his dp fadc spd every time and i couldn't get it to happen D: when he reset the bracket i knew i was doing a bunch of shit wrong, so i played sakura one more time and tried to adapt, but i was just autopilot and frustrated. when i switched to cammy i basically just had to start from scratch, and as it turned out, once i figured him out with cammy the same thing happened to him. i think if i had started the set playing cammy, i might have experienced the same thing & maybe still won when i switched to sakura. if i was coming from loser's bracket though, none of that shit would matter, it'd just be gg. its a leak in my game i gotta fix, but fortunately i could just lean on my character choices a bit, cuz they both just shit on seth imoimo. i have no idea why he switched to ryu of all characters. starting ~44:00: first match against t-hawk. 7-3 sakura imo, what the hell is hawk supposed to do? i play this guy a lot and he's terrified of me, i just do w/e and it works. no real gameplan :\ at ~1:09:00: match against our TO. he got me into our local fgc back in the day when i couldn't do basic links or cancels. he always talks a bunch of smack and he plays kinda random, but i scrub him out npnp. this was a really funny set but i kinda play like a complete retard at times at 1:51:28: winner's finals. i fuckin body this guy really bad. i know this matchup very well, but this guy reappears in finals and he just won't die D: also this is the most legit button check troll. im gonna do this to laugh & infiltration. finals at 2:06:00. as mentioned above i choke like a motherfucker but cammy is thx. the tv we play the streamed matches on is super laggy, but i dropped all that shit due more to nerves than anything else pic: me with the belt moments after winning + Show Spoiler + ![[image loading]](http://i48.tinypic.com/334uqa8.jpg) | ||

Against Chun's wakeup off Otoshi though, why didn't you ever use the jump, c.mp, j.mk unblockable setup? Also you had virtually no answer against Seth focus (but his focus is amazing anyway) and I saw that even on whiff you were trying for s.hk which doesn't reach, often getting punished by a mashed-out ultra or shoryu. You could probably just do a lp or mp shoryu yourself for a bit of extra damage and advantage. Also, after Otoshi you can do backdash, LK tatsu, jump forward with HP for a fake crossup or MK for a real crossup. Didn't really see any setups against Seth. Against Hawk it looked like you were missing your unblockable, don't know if that was just bad timing or what. Personally I use neutral jump, forward dash, forward j.hp but there's probably no difference in timing between neutral jump and forward jump. I think you can also OS forward dash in the event he uses EX Tomahawk to escape, followed by your own DP to knock down again. That's just theorizing on my part though. Hawk is basically free anyway. Seeing all those missed links was pretty brutal haha. The same thing was happening for the Seth too. No idea why he switched to Ryu, not like that was going to help him against Cammy. He already took some rounds off your Cammy, he should have just stuck with Seth. I know you kept trying to backdash between his DP FADC 360 but after the 3rd or so time you probably just should have neutral jumped. Also, when your neutral jump HK is blocked it's perfect shoryu bait because the blockstun is very low and they know it, Seth SRK'd your follow-up every time too. Speaking of neutral jumps, when Seth goes for walljump j.hk you're probably better off using neutral j.hp or maybe j.mk rather than jump forward hp, since his j.hk hitbox is too amazing and your forward j.hp isn't very good air-to-air. If you have to use a forward jumping move for air-to-air use j.mp instead (this will probably trade with walljump j.hk though so be warned). Good job though, that was a funny match against Akuma, he essentially got robbed. Hold that. | ||

As long as the hawk player doesn't jump, theres not a whole ton for sak to do. not to mention, spd just fucks your mixup. I feel like you haven't gotten a chance to play against a high-level t.hawk or grappler in general, no offense. | ||
