Dapa, same thing is happening here. Can't get on the site and can't even launch the program. I htink servers are down.
It is estimated feeding the world's hungry would require 30 billion dollars per year. Quite the sum of money. It's actually the same amount of money that the world spends on it's military every 8 days.

I'm going to be a peasent as well. Almost got the exploration needed to start seeds and my cabin is almost up as wel on the east side of town.
It is estimated feeding the world's hungry would require 30 billion dollars per year. Quite the sum of money. It's actually the same amount of money that the world spends on it's military every 8 days.

why not this way? not much more fence than the square build but quite bigger area (i think may be even smaller and it can't be seen from the water, altough on house is left out (or maybe just gets its own fence...)

I like that last map (except the lines can't be diagonal so we'll have to make L shapes for them instead). We could have one entrance that goes into the field, one out to the swamp and one in the south for the river. Also we probably don't need that red line, the people by the river have chosen their fate :3.

Each starting corner of the pallisade has the full construction cost. Each extra segment and connected corner post costs far, far less. That's why we want one continual fence all around the area rather than several small segments.

I have no problem online, but people are complaining about kicks. As for launching ame, you better download it and run from computer to avoid website problems.

I just did a bit of analysis. The blue wall off, ignoring that red part (what's that there for?), is about 7/ 8 as long as the red wall off. Not sure how many tiles that is, but how you could connect the left and bottom left walls to reduce that, so its 2 more "starter" pieces for 7/8 of the distance, plus the blue one leaves us far more land. Therefore, I vote for the blue one.
