Sadly no. charge until initiative up, chop miss charge until initiative up, jump to get attack chance to full, chop miss repeat until ant blows through my defense and owns me Im guessing my my melee is too low, but holy shit getting it up to 10 is like 20K LP. There's nothing i can do to get LP fast except make buckets, which is a waste of resources. My combat skills are useless until I get a lot more LP and gear. I just realized how incredibly grindy this game is. I might have to give it up :/

Something to note the reason he's "blowing through your defence" is due to you using charge, which although it gives initiative and attack it subtracts your defence leaving you vulnerable very quickly if you just leave it running. Try switching between that and slide to keep your bars up. Using jump when required. Also level 10 melee isnt 20k??? getting a stat 1-10 is only ~5k lp

I'd start off with unarmed as its easier to handle since you dont need to get initiative. I made a point to get valor just for dash. Dash gave me + defense and initiative, so the rat chipped away at my blue defense before owning me. And I might have misread the LP, I was going from memory and playing around with the increases so i might be really off. I dont think its as low as 5K though. Either way, getting all that LP is pretty time consuming considering the only skills I have are in combat. I looked at the combat guide, and it suggested 20-40 unarmed or swordsmanship for a freaking fox. How the hell am I supposed to get that much LP through combat? Punch a million ants? And if youre supposed to farm/craft your way to that much LP, it just seems too grindy like I said. Anyway Ill give it a shot for a few more days, but yea, I dont want to spend days making buckets and farming carrots so I can take on one fox lol.

I get the feeling you havent changed your personal beliefs if you feel that way. Move the bottom slider all the way to change and the one up all the way to peaceful afterwards. Viola you now earn lp at 360% of normal. killing an ant will give you 144 x 3ants + raiding the nest for an extra 100. Quick 550 lp right there. edit: protoge you may have the minimum per x exp to see wild windsown weeds but you wont really start to see many until your per x exp is around 120+

100 x block of wood (which is easy to get) 10 x leather ( someone else will have to get theese since I need mine to make equipments) 2 x bone glue (which I can get in a few hours) 5 x ropes (check) Decide quickly on how to build the wall. Make sure you only ´do one initial cornerpost. edit: Read up http://ringofbrodgar.com/wiki/Palisade

![]() Here's my suggestion. We'll start the southwest corner, then progressively build it east and north till they're close to the ridges, upon we turn and continue towards the top northeast corner. Edit: After talking to Chaokel, who suggested we use the first starting post as the entrance, I'm thinking we should lay the cobblestone fundament first, then add the pallisade once that's finished. The southern road point is a good place to have our pallisade door, I guess.
