If anyone has something that they consider is an essential part of the game then please share =) Finish "No Stone Unturned". (24/24 Stones of Barenziah + Crown of Barenziah) After that... find yourself some epic mods? He missed the blades quests? Also, I hear the companions is werewolf based, consider doing the vampire ones if there are any

Ritual Stone is so amazing.

I'm confused.
I have these Necromancer robes, and they got some sick fucking stats on them for my level. 75% mana regen? Yes please. It's just, I don't want to wear them because one they look like shit, and two I can't go to the College of Winterhold in them since no one talks to me in them. The question I want to ask is, when I tried to disenchant them, I learned the Fortify Magicka enchant but I can't actually enchant anything with it. Confused?

You need soul gems for enchantment. The higher the grade of soul gem, the better the result.

I do. I have like 20 gems. I also have a Black Robe of which I want to enchant. It says I can't enchant that item.

Each item can only have one enchantment. If Black Robe already has an enchantment on it, you can not add additional enchantment.
Unless you max enchantment and its perks, the shops and drops usually have significantly better enchanted items than you can craft yourself.

hoping someone can help me with a bit of a glitch I seem to have encountered. there's a quest in Markarth, of which the name escapes me. anyways, after this quest you get a 3k gold bounty and a life sentence in cidhna mine. then you go into the mine, and arrange a jailbreak in the 'no one escapes from cidhna mine' quest. after that, it says your name is cleared, but I still get stopped by guards, who say i have a life sentence still. this is where i run into trouble. when i click on 'i submit, take me to jail' the conversation resets. i can't go to jail, all i can seem to do is try and kill every guard in markarth, which seems... unreasonable. so, TL, can you help me?

It has no enchantments, that's what I'm confused about =/ It wont let me enchant anything on it at all, and I got gems to enchant other things so I'm just lost. Oh well.

Your enchantment wouldn't be even close to 75% anyways, (<30 almost certainly) plus you are MUCH better off with using an enchantment that gives you a skill tree mana cost reduction AND increased mana regen. (but its a single enchant) Shouldn't be too hard to find a Novice(or adept/master/whatever) Robe of Destruction (or Conjuration/Illusion/whatever)
Edit: Its possible that blanket manaregen enchant is not actually employable on chest slot despite the fact that every Necromancer in the game has it. The dual one I mention above certainly is. Thats the only reason I can think of, but I am too lazy to fire up my game and check.

If anyone has something that they consider is an essential part of the game then please share =) Did you finish all of the side and misc quests?I've yet to do the bard college and assassins quests but I've done a lot of the side and misc quests throughly, killing and looting everything in every corner of the map even though they mostly suck, I dunno if everyone plays rpgs like that, but I do and the thing that annoys me the most in skyrim is that mobs respawn(its reasonable for mobs in the open world to reappear, but not really inside specific places), I took the time of looting every item and killing everything that walks and then the game pisses me off by recreating/respawning them everywhere, that doesn't even make sense, did they do this because of alchemy or something? This is not WoW, geez.

Yeah I figured it out. Definitely wasn't worth looking better for the drop of stats I would get there.
However, I did enchant a bunch of my other gear. Christ, I can see where the complaints are coming from. I already got 50% frost resist

Picked it up a week ago (finally, sweet lord, finally), and immediately made a blind archer. The character creator is so much better than in Oblivion, though I'm sure that's already been said. I can actually make a character that doesn't look like a bowl of pudding with a case of terminal frostbite. Yay.
I've actually started an out-of-game journal for him so I can chronicle his personality and quests, because some jackass at Bethesda who has hopefully been fired forgot to suggest letting you write in the goddamn in-game journal. Burn in hell. I know this makes me a gigantic dork, but back when I played Oblivion I had to do it with a snotty, know-it-all (ex, ha) girlfriend hanging over my shoulder and spouting tripe like "oh hell, I broke this quest so many times, just do this this and this and you're like, unbeatable!" and "Fuck, you still haven't finished the thieves guild quests? Let me tell you what's at the end of it!" Bitch.
While the idea of a co-op Elder Scrolls game is sort of tantalizing, I'm beginning to realize how deeply personal the game is. It's like your very own MMO, except much more reactive to your random shenanigans, and with about twelve million fewer grade-schoolers with names like XxXH0TJ4RLXxX telling you to l2p. If player-made stories are truly the point of video games, then Bethesda has bridged a gap between "Choose-an-adventure" triple-A titles and exploratory games like Minecraft. Good on ye, boys.

It might say that then some more guards come in, I just stayed for awhile and waited until no more guards came (killing the ones that came to keep removing bounty). Then when you leave, a guard will want to take you to cidna mine, as per the quest (because you have no bounty), so when you break out you won't have a bounty at all.
Basically; make sure you have no bounty when you leave the shrine.

I made my endgame gear on my mage with partially Thalmor Clothing, looks by far the best out of all the clothing. (I've looked at everyone that exists via UESP/Console as well)

Or after you escape the mine you just kill Malacath after he returns your gear.
