In your smithing skill tree the armors on the left are light while the ones on the right are heavy. Out of Dragon stuff you can make either light or heavy armor.

Im going to craft the light dragon armor set (because it is the best light set that is enchantable) and put -destruction mana cost etc on it so my spells are very very cheap or free, and then im gonna quest and level a ton and work up to draedic armor and dump all my perks in heavy ![]() With some magic resist, full set of draedic and free destruction spells i cant see anything standing in my way, im already destroying mammoths and giants at lvl ~40 dest

In the favourite list (q) you can mouse-over your favourites and press 1, 2, 3 etc to bind your favourites to the number keys. The game became so much faster now that I don't have to pause it all the time to switch spells. ![]()

Hopefully someone puts out a mod that increases the difficulty somehow, I grew bored with fallout 3 for the same reason (although I still played fallout 3 for about 120 hours). Someone found a way to stack a ton of % bonus's to get about 2.5k armor and 3k damage or something using 31 perks in bs, enh and alch i beleive it was that completely trivalises the whole game, i think you have to roleplay some to get massive challenge in a game that can be abused as such, i dont think its a bad thing though, atleast its really damn hard to stack like that, took him 5 days to come up with and even then the OP said something about not being able to leeroy jenkins everything without thought, so its good for the game

you start as an apprentice and you become the Arch-Mage in such a short time? It feels totally meaningless.

+ Show Spoiler [How to:] + Find where your game is installed. For most, it should be in the default folder; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim There are two .exe's in there. One is called SkyrimLauncher, and another is called TESV. TESV is the game itself, and SkyrimLauncher launches what you see when you run the game through steam. The Launcher program does not need to be run for the game to run, all it offers is the ability to manage which mods are on and off, and what graphics setting you want to have. I've tried running the Launcher on its own, and nothing has happened. However, if you run TESV without the launcher, you go straight to the game, with whatever graphics settings and mods it had last time. For most, this shouldn't be a problem. tl;dr C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\TESV.exe

It feels totally meaningless. yeah it felt a bit rushed as did the thieves guild questline; wish they had more activities with the rest of your class of apprentices so it felt more like school (lol) I was really hoping for more post-questline interaction, but either way on my next character I'm gonna try to do all of the other instructors' quests before going through the whole magnus stuff to see if it feels more fleshed out or maybe they'll release DLC questlines at a later date ~_~

Around level 50 you'll have all the skills you've been using to 100 basically preventing you from leveling up anymore unless you start using things you haven't been using before. Around level 70 is the upper limit where everything is at level 100 and you cannot physically level up anymore. You don't lose skill levels from going to jail anymore either so you can't abuse that ![]()
