That's basically non existent in this game....it was always something I enjoyed a lot in their games kinda disappointing to see the quests being so linear this time around =[ lol? i talked my way out of a lot of stupid stuff tbh. maybe you need a higher speech skill to activate those options or something, cause i get options with (persuade) or (intimidate) at the end all the time  | ||

i just recall in oblivion using my bow 24/7.... not sure if i should just keep smacking them with arrows despite them being in melee range... there really isn't a downside outside of not being able to deal with 2handers very well. | ||

IIRC you can get up to 70 perks, though I doubt you're gonna get that high level... 5 skills isn't too bad, mages have it worse...
