I am very exited for this one. I just dont understand how so many dislike Oblivion for the design. I fucking loved it. Specially because it wasnt so fancy it had clear lines and i loved the world.

It was very visually pleasing and impressive, but I didn't think it had as much character as in Morrowind. It simply wasn't as unique. And the problem was that people coming in from the other Elder Scrolls games had different expectations compared to what they got.

Yeah, the launch trailer for his new game looks very poor. If the game looks that bland in pre-rendered CGI... the game might look completely different but it's a bad first impression to me.

Well i played a bit of elderscrolls 1 Arena and ALOT Daggerfall and Morrowind a fair bit as well. I like Morrowind best, but Oblivion was imo also very good. You have to look at the development after each game. So much is happening and i think its very impressive. Just remember the old maps of Daggerfall, its so horrible there were like 500dungeons and every single one was huge and the fancy 3d map was almost useless lol. When i played Morrowind i was blown away how much happened. The world was huge but at the same time not so stupidly repeating itself like in Daggerfall. My bet is that TES V will be the best of Morrowind and Oblivion and a very good game. <3 Betheda

That sure looks a lot like Gamebryo, I can't be the only one noticing that absolutely nothing is casting a shadow, can I?
