So... I don't usually do this, but I got on the PTR and played around with some of the new sets.
Removing the Sweeping Wind bonus from Innas really, really hurts. Pretty much no point in running Taeguk without it so going to be a lot of changes for Monks I think.
That WW set for Barbs absolutely sucks. Its like, Helltooth level of bad. I know that they're still working on it, so I really hope they come up with something, because right now. Its garbage. IK, on the other hand, is super sick. Could easily see barbs becoming the strongest class for solo rifts. You can actually kill RGs now, which is nice.
New Tal Rasha set is broken as hell. The damage it does is just stupid. I mean, Wizards have needed some love, but I can easily see a Tal Wiz replacing a DH for DPS in Grift groups. I mean, I had to go to Grift level 40 just to test out how much damage I was doing because everything before that died too fast.

crusader dmg with shield bash and new set is pretty insane. i saw 3 billion crits rarely, and 1B+ crits constantly.
i am testing the wizard now.

is the talrasha set really that good
feel like you'd have to run like triumverate or something to do damage and even then i feel like it would lose to the new delsere magnum opus set
how did you spec/itemize for talrasha?
e: i lied i thought the damage increase from different elements was additive, it's actually multiplicative so instead of 300% it's actually somewhere north of 900% holy shit
and that's before elemental bonuses
and weapon elemental damage affixes don't affect the buff, it has to be a spell cast

So I had Tal Chest/Helm/Pants/Belt/Ammy RoRG and New ChainLightning Ring. The Meteor Damage Boots. The Energy Twister Bracers. An ancient Sunkeeper, a Mirrorball, random crap shoulders and gloves.
Skills was Black Hole(Arcane), MM(Cold), Meteor(The one with a bunch of fireballs), Lightning Armor, and buffs.
I think I used Vei Gem, Toxin Gem, and BotT.
Usual Passives.
I was critting for like 500-700mm in huge AOE and I was not even close to a optimized. Like, not even close.
Honestly I don't think this new set will lose to anything. It was just shit getting blowed up all over the screen all the time.

rings and amulet yes.
some rerolling left on your items which I'm assuming you're working on ( physical dmg/ sentry to cluster etc. )
ancient versions of marauders.
prio would be unity's for you and your follower with a Templar token, your toughness is low, 50 % less dmg would save a buttload in my opinion for greater rifting.
would also craft ancient version of reaper bracers.

what is the best way to powerlevel this season? I ended up powerleveling my wife in hardcore by making a T6 game and having her sit at waypoints in act 1.
My strategy was:
Halls of Anguish 1
Halls of Anguish 2
Halls of Anguish 3
Remake
I think it took 3 games and ~40 minutes so it was quiet easy but I wasn't sure if there is a better more efficient way.

i leveled a friend from 1-50 in regular rifts on t4, took approximately an hour yesterday.
only to have him get excited over a massive goblin rift and die to some random leftover mob.

have someone stand in the door of a 4 man t6 rift and carry them through it
did this last season and hit 70 in one rift

ah, that sounds really fast. none of my friends are playing HC this season so I'm kind of alone. I guess I should have specified fastest way to solo PL someone. The halls of anguish t6 method worked well at ~30-40m but I figure I'll have to PL her a few times so I should learn the best way.

D3 really needs better disconnecting protection. 10 seconds is cool and all if they don't want people Alt+f4 but I just died on monk when my PC turned off and I was sitting inside the rift/game for almost 1m30sec. Like seriously, what in the fuck. With a 10 sec disc I would have still lived. ~_~
Now to figure out why my PC turned off. ~_~
really sucks to die like this, I was just gearing up a bit to start 35+ on this guy tomorrow.

Can anyone Powerlevel my Barb on EU-HC Non-Season through a rift or two?

Anyone here do pvp in this game? I was messing around on it with some lower level characters (~40) with some friends and had a really good time. It might be broken at endgame because of player damage, but at the level we were it was actually somewhat balanced and a whole lot of fun, especially considering that blizzard has put virtually zero effort into developing the pvp at all.
if blizz put even a little effort into the pvp of this game I think it could be amazing, there could even be side games, sort of like LoL style or something that could be a lot of fun and give the game a real sort of endgame rather than just grinding PvE to grind PvE better.

Blizzard doesn't add any content to this game apart from expansions, so forget it. It took them from release to RoS to add new models at all...
