Blizz's policies are rather pathetic (no case sensitive ffs) but I've been playing WoW/battle.net games since WoW release and ive never been hacked by just doing simple precautions(b.net email is a throwaway, unique pw, noscript/updated software to reduce vulnerabilities). I'd wager your friends either did something stupid like get phished or used the same username/pw on a d3 fansite that is much less secure. That said Blizz could make this a lot less common by requiring a special character and making passwords case sensitive. | ||

I am disappointed with how few areas there are in the game too. The higher difficultys really should have had more areas so you have more incentive to explore instead of just rushing through to the bosses and just farming nonstop. Gets really stale. Hopefully the expansion has alot more to see and doesn't take over 2 years to come out like HotS is. | ||

I still like the game. When I try other games in this category I always see details that just seem wrong because D3 makes it seem so natural, like, why were things ever done differently? If I had to pick a least favourite part it´d be the end section of act3. The crater scenario is samey red-black despite technically switching between hellscape and tower. Even worse there are no standout landmarks/doodads. | ||

was playing for 10 minutes, servers went down. couldn't login for 1+ hour. played for 30 minutes, again disconnect. login, auction house is down. hit 60, but can't play inferno because items are low lvl. wait for ah to come up 1+ hour, they come up, disconnect, can't login. login servers are down. please try again soon. I would seriously get a refund right now if I could. | ||
