Doesn't Diablo already teleport on normal difficulty? Now I'm confused. | ||

I found a neck that I feel is a pretty damn good one, but I have absolutely no idea what to sell it for cause of one of the mods on it. It's a lvl 59 amulet with the following stats 67 str 128 vit 103 dex 560 thorn damage 3.7% chance to blind on hit That blind on hit is throwin me off really hard on selling it T.T | ||

The idea, i believe, is that diablo will one shot the witchdoctor so he has to use spirit walk as a reaction to Diablo's teleport strike. Because of that he canr use it to avoid the unavoidable dot damage. | ||

In inferno everything diablo does kills you instantly. I have to use spirit walk to survive his teleport just as daemon hunters need to use smoke. I just got past the shadow realm phase now, Diablo Inferno soon down! (I hope) | ||

The problem is it doesn't have attack speed or flat damage or resist all. I would value the blind on hit pretty low, unless there's some way to "blind lock" but I think that gearing route is mostly unexplored. | ||

This means that even if you're hitting 9 enemies, a single enemy will get blinded approximately once every 3 hits. If engaging single targets, I don't see how such low percentages could be useful. | ||

Just price it about 30% above similar DPS unsocketed 2H xbows, with the markup being for legendary. | ||

2h+ quiver is a good setup for most people. Ok, I was wrong, no point going above the lower price ones on AH, maybe median, so for that DPS, maybe in the 1-1.2m range tops. The AH is kinda fucking spastic. | ||
