Been trying taeguk instead. but haven't really feel much different due my bad pings sometimes causing me losing taeguk stack. other 2 gems are standard stricken and trap i like zei. my choice is usually between taeguk and stricken. m6 has alot of single target dmg already and in the lower 70s i don't feel it's necessary to boost boss damage. but when i have a bad day and can't keep more than 10 taeguk stacks i'll happily switch to stricken instead.

I do that because i get a lot more closer with Strafe and i need the extra armor (not to mention just by moving with strafe you are building stacks) And Zai for Sentry/Marauder and w.e. skill i want, mostly because AFAIK Zei affects sentry damage and its easier to have a larger space between you and your enemy with that build than with strafe

The follower however... I have tried with the enchantress and the crusader, but they both tend to stay half a screen behind me, attracting its own little group of mob, which is clearly not helping. I've tried forcing it to catch up by running ahead and then doubling back, or embracing the followers mob group and kiting back to draw the mobs to the follower. Both are kindof time consuming, and frankly feels like a net loss in terms of clearing time. I am also using ess of johan on the followers to pull mobs together, which can be really nice sometimes. so I am hesitant to give up on a follower altogether. Any advice?

Would've liked to try LoN darts or bats but i just can't get the missing 2-3 pieces. Might try rolling a hc char for a change though. I hit GR74 on my leap barb and Im pretty much bored with him at this point. Managed to get 269 leader boards and that's prolly the highest I'll be now that I have to start studying for classes. It was a fun grind. I still have my 2 rings and pants to augment, but that's literally all I have left to upgrade. I'm just tinkering with flash farm sader and wiz builds for fun now. Overall it was a fun two weeks. I haven't played the last 2 seasons but this season really impressed me content wise.

I've got that completed build as well and I haven't had any issues running 60-65 range with some pretty non-ideal rolls on a few pieces. I haven't pushed much past 65, but 65 also isn't uncomfortable or impossible either. I think it's still too low to worry much about extreme density and rounding things up. I've had no timer issues just teleporting around looking for elites and any packs that are already grouped up. Spending time kiting things and creating density for yourself has only slowed me down so far. This obviously turns over at higher GR when you need to group things up and hope for density and good mob types, but I don't think it's as relevant below GR70ish. Focus on DPS and keeping your cycle going instead.

Think it was a pretty bad rift as well tbh. Just wanted to know how I was supposed to handle the follower... I agree that at lower 60:ies it may be faster to not bother too much with kiting and collecting. Just trying to learn the high GR play style. So you don't feel any problem with the follower stealing density for you? Do you run ess of johan as well on the follower?
