He's completely right though. The value of being tankier vs getting more DPS is completely skewered in favor of tanking items until stuff like void staff and last whisper comes into play, and even then it doesn't solve the problem completely.

Example: annie has about 8000 gold worth of AP item giving her around 500AP.

I buy 2 negatron cloak, costing me 1500gold. Annie's damage is cut down by half, making her lose 4000gold worth of value on her items.

Net profit to me: 2500gold.

Somewhat extreme example, but in general its true that tanky gear scales much better than DPS/AP.

i think the sad fact is that Amummu in an avg ranked game for me does 115,000 magic damage and a 140,000 total damage. I don't play any real "carries" other than kayle so let's compare the 2.. total damage on an avg game for kayle 100,000.. although I do believe that my kayle games are much shorter than my mummy games.. so hard to judge, however my annie games are quite long as well.. and she does an avg of 50,000 magic damage... that's half of mummy... There is something wrong there lol

the biggest difference would be that it's all AOE, and mummy can't nuke someone down, but why would he need to when he can just aoe nuke the team down over time

I probably should've pointed out in my post that I was talking about their sustained damage being too high, but w/e, mumu does AoE Madred's Razor aura, lawl, that's totally fair. I guess people still haven't caught onto how hard mumu's abilities hit.

Shen ult nerf doesn't hurt that much, it already only shields shen for like 300 damage at most... If you're using his ult to save yourself, you're doing it wrong. Feint buff again isn't game changing, but it will definitely help against matchups like Morgana. HOPEFULLY people will see these nerfs as breaking him and stop banning him so I can play him

akali is fking HUGE with gunblade now IMO

kennen goes from fun niche champ to unstoppably fun top pick IMO

the anivia buff is nice and subtle

but yea, I'd play more Pantheon despite his suckiness (you need to sidelane or jungle, yuck) but I'm frequently a high pick on my team and I really think it puts your team at a big disadvantage to have a high pick spent on not Amumu, Garen, Kayle, Morgana, Taric, Soraka, Heimer or Shaco.

look up locicero while you're on your Pantheon is still good kick. he was #8 on ladder this morning and has panth as his most played. I get that pantheon can still be successful, he just still sucks :p.
