Not as far as I know.
Most of the guides on the main sites are terrible. If you need help with a champion, I'm sure the people in this thread will get you started.

Both mobafire and leaguecraft (linked-to in the first post) have guides, but none of us can guarantee they'll be any good. You can get a brief idea of how to play a hero (or what most people wrongly do...) with a hero, but if you end up wanting to know more about a hero quickly, this thread is your best bet.

edit: ah and is there also a language pack or do i have to download the the complete english client?

Goggle is not friendly today so i am just going to ask...how to i get the game to run in english a a german citizen? There are only 2 clients to download from the mainsite, us and eu version.
Can i use the usa client to play in europe in english? : /
Or can i use modified us launcher to play in europe ala http://www.lol-europe.com/board/showthread.php?t=358&page=88
I cannot believe there are languages to choose from the official site.

Uh, isn't the European launcher in English as well? Mine is for sure.

lol both are usually pretty bad. they are good for getting ideas, but you really should learn to find reasoning behind getting certain things(especially by just playing alot).
in a game i just played someone was quoting mobafire for some awesome build or something and i just lol'd.

Well i will look into getting an english client another time....
So i one of the free heroes is garen and my god for beginners like me is is a monster, a blademaster with limitless mana ^^. Rec. items are kinda strange since i do not kn ow for what he needs all the dps as a tank but still super strong hero.
Compared to him all other heroes see very weak since he has not only good skills to kill heroes, but also heals fast and doesnt need mana. Ofc i understand he has not the strongest skills for teamfights later but still, with this domination until late game he just destroys teams and gets good items.
So is he just this superherolikestrong or am i just playing every other hero wrong? :/

With Ezreal being in the free-to-play pool this week I've been playing him alot, I feel like he's my all time favourite. But whenever I play him, I can't decide whether to go AP or Damage.
I usually go Damage in which I open up with Doran's Ring and HP pot and go for Berserker boots and Sheen. To eventually getting 2 Bloodthirsters. I do intend to get snowball item if I'm doing very well and usually end up with Trinity Force as my final item.
When I go AP, I open the same but go for Sorcerers Boots and Catalyst asap. Then Sheen and on to Rod of the Ages. Eventually I look to Zhonya's, but I've only managed to get this in 1 game so far.
So, I was wondering how you guys play Ezreal? And if you feel like there's something wrong with my 2 builds.

generally ap is a bit lackluster because they nerfed it so hard, ap scaling on r got nerfed to hell. it's still very viable, generally as ap ez you want like 2-3 doran rings sorce boots. then it's either mejai/roa/zhonya/insert ap item here then lichbane. ap is really fun to play around with but for now ad is superior.
ad you go doran blade -> sheen/brutalizer/stackdoranblades/bloodthirster. it's up to you which combination you want. some people shoot straight for bloodthirster while others prefer brutalizer + sheen first. after that you can get trinforce/another bloodthirster/last whisper.

Doran's Ring Sucks.
Berserker Boots Suck.
Sheen Sucks.
Bloodthirsters are Good.
Sorce... AP is Bad.
Get Boots that don't suck, open Brutalizer. Get Trinity only after you have both Thirster/Cleaver. Upgrade Brutalizer if you think you can attack for 4 seconds without getting shit on (Unlikely)

- Whatever (black cleaver or more survivability)
Fort pot whenever you can afford it, after your SotO
Ez is like the easiest person in the world to get stacks on because of his W, since he'll get a stack even for buffing an ally with that thing on, plus any enemy it hits marks them for assist-freebie as well.

I believe sheen to be the most core item on Ezreal, whether its AD or AP. It synergizes well since he has plenty of skills to get the buff from. You can turn it into Lich Bane or Trinity Force depending on what spec your going. Sometimes I'll just have Sheen only on an AD Ez and just get damage items, but the buff always scales well since it gives you bonus % attack damage to boost your burst.

My current Ezreal stomping build is Dorans blade(1-3, the worse you're doing, the more you get. If you're doing well or winning lane, one is enough), Berserker Greaves, Brutalizer and vamp scepter(scepter solely for lanestaying at this point, if you got many dorans don't get this here), Cleaver, Bloodthirsters
Been working really well, just need to stay out of everything's range and spam Q from max range from behind walls etc if possible, then when it seems like they're getting to a low hp E in and finish everyone off. The reason I get greaves is that I should never be hit and they're cheap.

My problem with sheen is that, unless you really need the mana, it doesn't do much more than add ~ 50 damage to your Q and slows down the other important stuff.

Starting with vamp is bad. It's like 6% lifesteal which comes to be around 4hp returned on hit. In order to cancel out just one autoattack from an enemy champ, you'll need 10+ creep hits, which would not only push the lane (which you can't afford in mid) but also put you in range to be further harassed, negating your efforts.
Other than that, I like an early last whisper or at least recurve bow to ensure that you can keep your cooldowns low with w and always proc a popup with q
