Essentially, Heimer can't "nuke" a tower before a response can come. Taric can get like 2 champions and a creep wave a just decimate a tower in 15 seconds. Heimer + Taric is a nasty combo. Have Heimer set up turrets outside of the tower range but close enough that you essentially "Control" the front half the tower. Have Taric pop his ult and let you champions bash the tower, when you get attacked you are a few steps from Heimer's turrets, which usually cause the enemy to disengage.

For the guy that was arguing that Kassadin "needs a good lane partner," here's a game I played last night where my lane partner Amumu fed their Panth and TF twice (you can see me rage at like 6:25 first video) and completely lost the lane for me, and I still make do with like no items. Granted, their Olaf sucked (and/or Olaf just sucks as a hero) and I didn't recognize anyone on their team except for 1hit1der (who's not really good). Around the 5-minute mark of vid 3, where we're dragoning and I initiate a fight, is probably the most indicative and obvious of how I play Kassadin. Yes, it was deliberate, and while I didn't expect TF to be there I figured their whole team was in the area. + Show Spoiler +

I still feel like a tool for using him though. Even I can see how annoying he is to play against. But when I play other characters I feel so helpless, as I can't deceive out of any bad situation. I think I should just buy and play pantheon. he seems to have the crazy aggression and domination I desire.

But when I play other characters I feel so helpless, as I can't deceive out of any bad situation. It's probably because you've played Shaco for too long and got used to it. Play someone more unforgiving like Ashe who doesn't really have an escape mechanism and after a while you'll start to think about the game more carefully and your overall play will improve as well. EDIT: about pantheon, in my other Ashe game today my shen teammate fed to a meki-first pantheon and went 0-3 and said that "guess they didn't fix the bug yet" <_> Pantheon so good

I'm thinking about it, because the Imp Fortify is pretty much perfectly along the way for my Defensive Tree. You don't need clarity ever. Nunu shouldn't run out of mana with regen runes and abusing his passive. Fortify is kinda meh, I prefer ghost/cleanse to chase and kill people.

However, you don't have ghost, flash, or cleanse, so you're VERY vulnerable (Nunu has no escape skills). If you think you can pull it off, great, but it won't be easy...

That pretty much answers your question about Nunu and Clarity ![]() Fortify is meh. It's nice to prevent backdoors but otherwise it's very underwhelming IMO. Edit: As a follow-up to oberon (who brings up a good point about team-oriented spells), if you really have nothing better to get then bring Clairvoyance.

![]() In seriousness though, when I pull together a solo queue group to move/attack around me with my aegis+starks, and to focus down the propper people, it totally wrecks any other team at my lower level of play. The problem is, it's a lot of energy to do this every game, so a lot of the time I just end up going with the flow and hoping for the best... The enemy heroes I hate the most are: shaco pantheon Katarina

Ground Slam, Brutal Strike, GS, SS, GS, Ult. Just go Ult > GS > SS > BS but you want at least one level of BS early to get the aoe effect (makes your jungling go faster). He's definitely not a fast jungler though so be aware. Item builds mostly revolve around Sunfire stacking, because his passive rewards high HP and GS rewards high armor.

much thanks to starcraft for multitasking skill :D *Advice mostly for low elo players who cannot win solo queue games* Some tips are: -Look around the map a LOT there should be no reason you are hard pressed to never look around the map IMO , unless you are slow clickywise., playing a global ult character will help you maintain this, which helps a lot when you are in mid and see a chance to gank and can react asaply. You can direct your jungler to help the 1v2 lane if u know hes going to get roflstomped soon, or the 2v2 lane, or even yourself in middle. You could see/hear the camp path of the enemy jungler, and let your jungler know that the enemy jungler is taking blue buff , or even dragon. Or when you see that lizard camp disappear, and u see the 2v2 laners pushing way too far out - give them a heads up. -Keep an eye on the minimap 100% Also, just visual things can help a lot- for example, neutral buffs. I 100% always see a neutal camp respawn or disappear within the second it happens and react accordingly- as im sure every single person from my elo does. So when u see dragon spawn, ping it ASAP, and tell everyone in the area to get there. This alone will win low elo rank games. When a tower falls, and everyones scattered and disorganized, call for a 5man push in middle or roam and tell them all to follow you. If you have been doig well (IE you're like 2-0 or something) , people will generally respond very well. Make sure the blue/red buff goes to appropriate persons(low elo people are very unaware) and then push Aside from awareness- some people just DO NOT respond to any advice or critism, so you have to realize, if matchmaking is even remotely fair, they have a person of equal retardedness on their team. Grab a snowballing item , IE mejais/ sword of occult, and gank them repeatedly. Low ELO matchs are usually who can abuse the feeders, and protect their own as much as possible. Some tricks are , the feeder will always push a lane alone and get ganked, because they are overextended. You can gather a few people to meet at a brush where the enemy will try to come and gank, and surprise them IE using the feeder as bait. This also works in higher elo, except you can see the creeps pushing a tower. Obviously someone is going to want to farm that, so sit in the jungle where they will most likely walk through, then surprise them with a stun There are tons of tricks and map awareness/positioning that will skyrocket your winrate, The best way to learn them all, imo, is to play every champion at least once so you understand how they all work.
