I threw up a more recent Sivir guide a while back that hasn't made its way to the first post. Not sure if you care.
Edit: I can also contribute a Fiddle guide, since there is none. Let me know if that'd be useful.

As I mentioned somewhere else, I try to keep up with the thread but it's impossible for me to miss nothing. PM me if you think I missed something that I shouldn't ;p And guides are up to you. So many things change relatively quickly that I feel like blerrrrrrrrrrrrr when it comes to writing/using guides these days >_>

You really really need to pick your spots well with heartseeker. If you're not blowing at least 1 squishy up, you're doing it wrong. As Pantheon, you're also a big squishy target for the other team, so it's really important to never be the one getting caught by initiation CC. Guardian Angel is the new love of my life (after seeing Maknoon use it) and it really lets you be a lot more aggressive without endangering your SotO stacks. It lets you go in after the CC load has been blown and blow someone up without having to worry about dying to straight DPS from Ashe/Ez. The nicest thing is that since you're waiting for the initial shit to hit the fan, you usually don't die really quickly, so that even when you die and GA gets triggered, when you pop back up, your CDs are usually off, meaning you can wake up and just combo kill someone. That's really the big different between Pantheon's burst and Kat's burst... with Kat, you need banshee's if you wanna protect your death lotus because if you get interrupted and die and have GA, you wake up without your ult to AoE burst again, but with Panth, HSS will be off CD and you can just combo again.
Spear shot is OK for the back and forth poking that goes on before teamfights now that it does considerable damage, but I don't think you should be out there using it much until the shit hits the fan because the range is so short and it puts you in a lot of danger of being destroyed before using your HSS to any effect.
PS. almost forgot, but it's really important... any time you KS a teammate, you need to tell them that they should probably get on your level.

Energy runes? Really?
Very lame imho.
And quite underwhelming....

Haha thanks! Right now I do somewhat of that, coming in late to team fights.. Or I like to arrive with his ult to the battle. I never had people complain about ks except a couple times. I just told him the name of the game is to burn them down ASAP and I just happened to get the last hit in lol. It does suck when I tell them im launching into a team fight and then right as im about to land they all retreat and I land in the midst of 3-5 enemy heros and I end up usually killing one them dying when that happens. I just started using guardians as well and it is nice.

tbh, I only like ulting into fights if I have to back to buy red elixir or BF Sword or if I'm solo pushing to race their siege and then they force the 5v4 issue at a turret. but yea, you have to properly communicate your ults and have teammates who are competent enough to play with that.

I finally played phreak the other day, he was playing locket udyr (one last hurrah before udyr is useless due to the locket nerf eh?)
our kat got fed though so we won Elementz isn't spectacular (I've seen him feed a lot) but when he comes in with a tryhard group of 3-4 it's usually going to be a group that knows what they're doing and has a plan, which is far more than can be said for most people. And if you see Elementz in the upcoming 5-man queue he's PROBABLY going to be tryharding, so if you're a group of 5 level 20 newbies it's not going to be an entertaining game, to say the least. I found this hero really suiting me, builded as a heavy tank with Angel and some armor stuff :D Still a newbie with builds but I'm reading ~~ There's a guide linked in the first post. yea we have to start getting our tryhard team ready for season 1 clearly if the game stays like this push team is clearly the way to stomp our way to the top atm. I think it's really hard to plan teams out that much for season 1. I think a whole hell of a lot of strategy goes into the bans and counterpicking and it inevitibly means that I'm gonna have to start dragging some other characters up to my Pantheon's level.
Maybe I'll start up a Nidalee, Nasus and TF rotation when I have more time for games in preparation.

The only way to deny me at the moment is if someone else on my team grabs a jungler, unless you're going to seriously ban three tanks.
Then I am fawked.
|
how's the jungle rammus experiment going?
|
Dude, I tried it in practice games yesterday, it's the fastest jungler I've ever seen WTF. No wonder that jackass crushed me in leveling speed.
The problem is that if you try a level 1 golem you get REALLY close to dying, so someone clogging you up can really throw you off. I'm gonna hafta see if I can run a late golem run (~level 3 golem after healing) without being delayed, because I'd rather not get fucked up because someone decided to last-hit me after golem ;p
|
how does it work exactly? cloth armor opening? dbc to start or powerball?
|
Cloth 5x pot, opening with DBC you can kill golem with smite, but you end up with like 50 hp.
You can open wolf spawn then go golem after a few seconds of healing but it's still pretty dicey.
I have not been able to spawn the double-stone golem at start below golem spawn yet to test how that works out.
Regardless, if you can freely kill golem you can actually clear out every neutral spawn (golem -> under -> wraith -> bottom -> liz -> back to the spawn under golem) without even healing, at which point you're around level 4/5 and a need to wait for the jungle creep to spawn. ie. perfect time to go gank with double buff.

Okey, when I was playing HoN I laughed at this funny LoL game but now I have to admit this is hella more fun and it's way more addictive lol, LoL > HoN ez.
|
I tried out Hon last night with the server down, and it seems a lot more complicated, atleast for beginners... than LoL, I mean my first game of HoN I was 4 levels behind everyone else, and I don't understand the shop system
I am a big fan of LoL though =)

id imagine mordekaiser would be a really fast jungler too O_o

1) Is this a good build for Warwick:
-cloth + 3 hp pots to start -madred's razor -berserker greaves -malady -madred's bloodrazer -phantom dancer
dude there's been so much WW discussion anyways i think that build is terrible after madreds i prefer mercury treads, or boots of mobility. even ninja tabi i prefer over greaves. you're gonna want some extra survivability so that u can kill a hero then get the f away. u don't really need attack speed that's not how you kill heros with WW. you do it with AD so that your ult does way more damage then i either upgrade to bloodrazer or i go for phage so that they can't get away from me at all phantom dancer definitely isn't worth it. beyond bloodrazor and frozen mallet you're gonna want survivability (like guardian's angel, banshees veil). if you want more AD then black cleaver is a great item because it's armor penetration will stack over and over with your ult, where you quickly hit them a bunch.
okie thank you, I will try that!

I found Mord to not actually be a great jungler because his own skills chop himself in half and he doesn't have sustainable AoE because of it (the shield doesn't do much). This is particularly the case for the double stone-golem spawns and the buffs - those take forever to kill, and his shield fails because his shield isn't charged much by hitting single targets.
