Basically I could have 5 of the same Pokmon but they can all have different stats? IVs are Randomly assigned to pokemon to start with, the pokemon you get has an inherent 0-31 stat on all given stats. Through breeding you can eventually make an almost perfect IV pokemon with all 31s through very extensive breeding IVs are not nearly as important as EVs so if you dont want to go through the hassle, just EV train. So if I have 2 of the same Pokmon, one might have +5 to everything and one might have +20 to everything?
What's a good way to EV train? Do you actually have the Pokmon you're training or do you have another Pokmon do the fighting while the one(s) you're EV training leech experience with Exp. Share(s)?
Also, can you see EVs and IVs on a Pokmon? Like if you view a Pokmon's summary page in the game, does its stats reflect EVs and IVs?

VGC is where it's at, tbh, which is why you need skarmbliss.com
Smogon is indeed a good site, though.

I believe smogon has a list (or you can just google) of places where you can EV train. Not sure on the point about actually fighting the pokemon or exp sharing, but I've seen a video where it was confirmed that killing the wild poke with your training target works.
and no, EV/IV cannot be seen in-game, but there are many many calculators out there online that can check the values for you if you input the stats of your pokemon in.

'Bout to catch my dream world Darmanitan in the desert resort place, what nature would be best?? Is it worth it to EV train him? Can Dreamworld pokemon play on wifi? Is it worth it to shiny grind him?

They have the Pokemon Audino in them (sometimes other Pokes, but only like a 1% chance). What makes it special is that it gives you crazy experience. It's great for grinding.
@ NukedUFirst: I'd go with an Adamant nature on Darmanitan (+Attack, - Special Attack).

Especially in 5gen where you can get OHKO'd by not-very-effective moves and/or wish is guaranteeing your opponent a free turn to set up as you switch

You must be doing it wrong. TBH, it sounds like you are using Wireless connection, which has always been limited to what you could use in battle. You need to actually use WiFi if you want a 6v6 Singles match, iirc.

I was wondering, how can you get a Reshiram or a Zekrom below the level you catch it? I've seen so many offers on the GTS asking for those 2 Pokémon below level 9.

i remember in plat people would ask for impossible to get pokemon as a way to store pokemon on the GTS. maybe its same thing.. i dunno

No, I can't do wireless with someone in England.

I forget how to do it though. =(
