How does that work lol ![]() Yo dawg! I heard you like playing Civilizations 5. So I put Civ V, in your Civ V, so you can play Civ 5 while you play Civ 5. EDIT: but really, I think that's the way it works, while your playing the SP, it will tell you when your MP turn is.

New Mode - Pitboss - Your game can now run in a server mode, which allows players to connect, take their turn, disconnect, and come back later. Email notifications and steam notifications are built into the system. Once the system has received a healthy amount of feedback from the community, we will also include a stand-alone Pitboss server that does not require a steam account to run. SO SICKKKKK WHEN WE GOING TO DO A TL PITBOSS MODE? Added ability to play custom maps in multiplayer. Host and all players must place custom maps in the main games "maps" directory to be usable. SICKKK Added ability to kick a player in-game. YESSSSSSS

PHIL, anything slower than normal speed really favors the human player due to how poor the ai is at tactics, so I almost never pick anything but that in pursuit of a challenge. Hmmm what is "normal speed" I just play on standard usually, just because it seemed.... standard.

I'm not sure what to think about theming bonus from wonders, I find it very clunky to check and manage these bonus. Not sure yet how to go a lot faster. Guess it's mainly about making a crazy big city with food trade routes (and maybe hanging gardens) so that it can both use the 6 artists from guilds and the scientists to quickly get to hotel airport internet, and make the few necessary wonders. Trade routes are a must. To other civs for the gold or religion/tech spread, to your own city for hammer/food bonus. Note that you can send multiple trade routes to the same city from different city. Was able to build wonders in secondary cities quite easily that way. Sea trade routes are way better than land too, makes coastal cities a real benefit. Will go on Immortal, that game was way too easy, even though I teched slowly I was way more advanced than the other civs. Time to give Venice a try.
