Sorry if this has been answered before, but if I don't have expansion2 is there a way I can download it now, or do I have to wait till unlock?

As I believe the original reason why I have it was that Steam screwed up and sent the expension files out along with the patch -- so if you were online as soon as the patch went live and before Steam undid its error you got the expansion files.
