There is a hidden level in Brood War. You have to unlock it by playing perfect StarCraft. There you will face the ultimate boss, Jaedong. He's a Mutalisk with 9999 HP, 255 armor, and does 9999 damage. Once you beat him, he spawns 100 Zerglings that has same stats as the Mutalisk. Almost impossible to beat but it's possible.

Gruntilda from Banjo Kazooie and Emerald Weapon in FF7. The only reason I beat Emerald Weapon was because Cait Sith got the Instant Death Reaper Kill thingy on his Limit Break. LOL.

At best, I can turn around Flandre two times, and then I die. What I usually do is turn around her til she goes to the orange bullet mode, and then try to finish her off at the bottom. Since I usually use MarisaA in EoSD, the focus is extremely strong so she can go down if I'm able to dodge a bit.
The reste indeed isn't THAT hard, I guess (I find Kagome Kagome one of her easiest spellcards), but still, I find it harder than the other extras.

Well Le Mu from MMSF2 is giving me some pain now that ive palyed him like 15 times.

seriously 2000 hp boss, with a 1000 hp shield (before you can even hurt him) that hits you for 200 damage an attack.

your max HP is like 1000 -_-;

but yeah, it took me like 80 tries to beat the pegasus guy back when I played this. Not even exaggerating.
EDIT: also on the list is the highest level official stepchart for Fascination MaxX in DDR Supernova. that shit is impossible on foot.

It's like, you gotta have special materia (master-summon, w-summon, quad-magic) etc.. to even stand a chance - Not to mention, Knight of the Round summon, which is quite hard to obtain..
Through years of playing, I almost never been able to attain that summon, I tried through chocobo-breeding..
Ironic thing is, if U can kill Ruby-weapon, u get a gold-chocobo as a reward.
I did eventually get it though, through chocobo-breeding.. but after that, I pretty much put down the game and haven't really messed w/ it since =[
