1. Battletoads - race, to some degree "ball race", ball boss 2. Kage/Shadow the ninja - final boss - he had like 128 hp or something... and would turn red after some time... and get faster 3. Honorable mention to duriel - you can defeat him in many ways, but even after the patches there is this lag period, which often can result in death lol

oh my god this is probably the hardest game I have ever played it was frustrating even on emulator; it took me like 1 hour to beat the damn race with SAVE/LOAD

Those fireballs could not do jackshit against him, picture endless runs to town to pick up mana potions and then grinding skeletons to be able to afford them. Also the Grim Reaper in the first Castlevania game was just mean.
lol more like find a door, close the door behind you, then shoot him through the window for a few minutes while eating dinner or something
He meant bars, you could hide behind bars and shoot him with a bow; which was very lame, because he didnt run away. It also took few minutes lol!
I tried playing diablo 1 again some time ago and this game ROCKS!
It has great music, graphics are better than in D2 and it has much better atmosphere... the only irritating thing is the lack of ability to run. If you die - your body pops and getting the items back can actually require some skill..

through a window? D1 had windows? I don't seem to recall that...
Yup, made the butcher easy with any class since you can just use a bow.

Slight problem when you're playing off CD: because his words "Aah! Fresh meat!" have to be loaded off the CD, there was a moment of lag for me when I used to play D1 when I opened the door to the Butcher. Often, if I was playing with a new Sorcerer, that was enough lag time for the Butcher to come out and kill me.
1. that one douchebag from Baten Kaitos that uses the Orbs of Strength or w/e that basically triples his stats, its basically his "I WIN LOL YOU MIGHT AS WELL RESET THE GAME" button.
I would swap that fight for the fight against giacamo, ayme, and falon. The second time you fight all three and everytime you off one the other two get stronger. You fight, win, then have to repeat it again with them being instantly stronger, was such bullshit. Took me over an hour and a bit for one fight in a game, blehhhh

ZOMG SKYROADS! Downloads!
*Top bosses*
5. The last boss from half life. I had no idea what to do, no internet. Died so many times. Fail. 4. Demon Gate from final fantasy 7 if you don't grind up a bunch of levels in anticipation 3. The very hard version of Impossible Bosses, Ancient boss for example. So many hours wasted. 2. 1. The Yeti on SkiFree (Yargh! he always gets me in the end!)
Wat. He was one of the easier Extra bosses IMO (Easier than him? Zexion and Luxord, though Saix and Demyx were close). Larxene and Vexen were far harder. Xemnas too because if you failed his 2nd form you had to go through his first form all over again

Really? I didn't have much trouble against this. Hardest enemy for me in that game was Warmech, the rare random encounter that can appear in the bridge that leads to Tiamat.
With a Fighter - Fighter - Red Mage - Black Mage composition, I killed Chaos on my first attempt.
