I dont know I know he left it at rets house last ive herd about it. I'll ask ret on twitter next time I see him tweeting.
mh... IdrA left after losing one of the scouting overlords
That sounds damn hilarious xD
Now I know people always say this and that about Idra being a baby about outcomes, but I think it really shows how much of a perfectionist he is and how hard he works to prevent mistakes from happening... That being said, he could certainly have a better mindset towards adversity. His mentality restrains him a bit, but it really has made him a great player.
Restrain him a bit? It restrain him A LOT, leaving because of a single overlord is ridiculous, sorry, its the truth.
Being an perfectionist to such an extreme level is not a quality at all, alas, its impossible to achieve perfection, specially in SC2, you WILL make mistakes and when that happens you just suck it up and work around it, and thats Idra number one issue, he can't, the sad part is that he doesn't seem to be doing any effort to fix this issue.
What pisses me off is that he have the skills, but those are pretty much useless when hes suffering a breakdown because of every little mistake/game.

At the same time I did see him try to mine half his minerals while getting cannon rushed and holding off a marine-scv push with drones today. Both situations old IdrA'd have instaquit out of. It's a problem, but he does seem to be working on it. Luckily, he has some time and a whole lot of good practice.

-.- You should see some of his more recent games... he is doing a lot better. Don't say he isn't trying to change

He didn't suffer a god damn breakdown... I think I can chart out his thought pretty nicely: '' Fuck, I lost an OV. That's retarded, I'll not do that again. Since I'm not going to do that retarded mistake again, there is no point in playing this out from behind.''
It could've stopped after ''Fuck, I lost an OV'' though.
Edit: Saying he suffers a breakdown at ever little mistake or game is ridicolous...

It was vs theSTC and he it was a pretty obscurely placed overlord and 2 marines instantly went over to it. He probably assumed stream cheating (not saying he did). Next game he gets 2 raxed and 3 bunker walled off on shakuras and stays for that and holds it. He was not at all on tilt or he would have left right away for that too

Yeah at the end of the day, He lost an Ovie very early on = YOUR IN BIG TROUBLE, if you don't know that by now you haven't watched or played at the highest of levels. Plus is friggin ladder man rofl, he uses it to practice, why practice from a position you will not find yourself in, at the highest of levels. Not like he leaves games early on Ladder and not in Competitive matches, he does the same like he said because he's a perfectionist which is what i like about Idra. There's winning then theirs WINNING, when Idra wins or goes far in tournaments he is playing amazing, and its a joy to watch.
