As far as the battle goes, I don't blame Jon for charging , they are the attacking force so they needed to attack anyway, they have inferior number and utility (archers, long spears). There is in no way they can lure the Bolton army to charge first either . Well except that Ramsay charged into Stannis.

because they outnumber them largely and they know Stannis army can barely walk Stannis has like 200-300 men, Jon had at least 2000+

![]() Bolton outnumbered Stannis like this, not even half of his first column,Plus he knows 80%of Stannis has red hp bar. While' Jon's, even tho outnumbered too, they are at least battle-ready and somewhat organized. Ramsey based on his character, wouldn't risk midlessly charging to that

Sansa stormed off, and once she wasn't there, Ramsay said that he didn't feed his dogs in 7 days. Then, when she was feeding him to the hounds, she said "They were, but they haven't been in seven days, you said so yourself".

Seem like there is some huge difficultys to make such scenes

The "They were" part was in response to Ramsay saying that his hounds were loyal and will never hurt him.

To think that the scene where Jon is struggling to just breathe came out of just not being able to shoot. Really hammered the idea that the battle was pretty much lost home. I think the dragon's spent a little bit long torching the one ship. Kinda overkilled it by a ton, but I guess you aren't trying to burn the fleet, only convince everybody to surrender.

but some many stupid stuff too... the pile of corpses (that was actually so bad), the terrible strategy, and the wildlings army surrounded in such a small area.. it looked so weird I hope Sansa won't act as a bitch with Jon. How she looked at the army when she arrived with Littlefinger and the fact that she never told Jon that the Vale could help, I really hated her at that moment and wished for a lost arrow.

They have enough going on in that episode.

A cavalry charge turning into literal mountains and walls of corpses 3 meters high, an army that quietly stands around while a phalanx completely out of formation encircles them. Yes the actual fighting ect was pretty good by the overall picture, wow that was shit.

I did not like the ending though. That Ramsay death was way too gratuitous. They promote the notion that it is awesome when the bad guy gets tortured to death. And of course it made zero sense how Sansa waited to reveal her Arryn army until her brothers forces were almost wiped out and she could have been pretty certain her brother was dead by then. Would only make sense if she wanted him dead to have no competition for the throne. Unfortunately it was just done for the sake of "suspense" and had no plot reasons.

I would guess Sansa's plan was to come in and save the day while the Boltons stormed into the prepared Wildling defenses like the original plan was, but then Sansa should have been horrified when she came onto the scene and saw the plan had gone wrong, instead she stands there with a smug face as she watches her step-brother probably be dead. She wanted to prove that she had value to the men and so didn't want to reveal her trump card. And Ramsay's death smells of fan service. It was a cool effect, but the battled didn't seem long enough for that to happen. Then again, its an hour long TV show. Well yeah if you have battles that last weeks/months where people charge eachother and no one clears the corpses out of no mans land that can happen but not after a single cavalry charge. The entire setup required to created the encircled wildling army is just so preposterous it really detracts from an otherwise great scene. Also bemusing was the Masters 'negotiation'. Their attack made sense, Daenarys was gone, the city was vulnerable but when she comes back surely they remember she has adolescent dragons and they have a fleet of wooden ship. They seemed rather surprised the Mother of Dragons has dragons. Overall a nice episode tho but just a shame of such rather dumb inconsistencies.
