I came here to write the exact same thing. He just topped the list. He literally created the entire story we've seen this far with schemes. Impressive.
Btw, that guy who tried to kidnap Bran. Are we suppose to know who he was? I don't remember having seen him before at all

Yes, he is Locke, the one who cut off Jaime's hand. Bolton sent him to find Bran a few episodes back after Reek/Theon told Ramsay that he and Rickon are still alive.

Is a worg only supposed to be able to mind control animals like Orell the wildling, or does their ability extend to controlling humans with enough practice? Or is that a different "power" altogether?
Jojen Reed has "greensight" which allows him to see glimpses of events that happen in the future. Does Bran have this sight as well, or are Bran's three-eyed raven scenes actual dreams that Jojen confirms to be true in the future? Well...when he first controlled Hodor the other worg seemed pretty impressed/surprised so I would guess that it is unique. What do you mean? Orell had no idea what was happening, he just heard voices in the tower. He didn't know that a worg was also up there and mind controlled the one shouting to stop -- he just heard voices. The little boy worg that is running around with Bran was there, not Orell TBH I had no fucking clue that other guy was named Orell
Jojen Reed is the boy with Bran and he not a worg, he just has the ability to see glimpses of the future.

Is this the first episode in which Tyrion isn't even shown? Let alone has lines. Also Jaime & Tywin had no lines either this episode. Has to be a first.

Shit, how did I not remember? (probably because there are 50 million different characters who could become important at any time)

You forgot the chat between Cersei and Tywin
Peter Dinklage is credited for 38 episodes (imdb probably haven't updated for season 4 yet, so that makes 32 episodes total so far). There's an episode in season 1 and season 3 he wasn't in. I'm not sure which ones.

We havent seen Dragons in the last three episodes.
I guess they are part time working Dragons. They just come to help Daenerys on their spare times.
|
To be fair, Daenerys can't really control the dragons anymore as they are becoming older and more independent. That's what the opening scene of episode 1 was supposed to convey.
|
I thought it was just because they couldnt afford the CGI to just show dragons casually at the side.
Speaking of which, I was so disappointed when Jon finally reunited with Ghost. Like they have literally been separated from each other since before he killed Qhorin Halfhand or had sex with Ygritte. Like wtf man. I expected lots of hugs and licking and shit. Instead, he just gave him a pat behind the ear... SUREEE...
I also forgot, Arya still has her own wolf. I will literally cry if/when they get reunited again. And they better make the cgi damn worth it!

It's a shame locke died the way he did. It took him literally 2 episodes to track down a boy in a britain-sized continent. And beyond the wall, no less. That guy was so fucking based. He only died due to plot armor.

Due to Hodor.

Why doesnt Bran permanently posses Hodor and fashion some kind of saddle for his body on top of him. Or better yet have those two useless kids drag his out-of-body body while Bran Hodor's some mofos up.

That means that the Spider is a complete bitch when compared to Littlefinger and Littlefinger had a day job while Varys's job was to do what Littlefinger does as a hobby.
|
Until of course we learn in season 5 that Varys sent Littlefinger to manipulate Lysa in the Eyrie for his own plans and the entire chain of events is simply unfolding so that Daenerys brings someone magical from Essos to give Varys a new dick and balls (donated graciously by Theon and Grey Worm)

I was just annoyed by the twist lol. Too much M. Night. Shyamalan for me.
Also lol at the arya/hound scene. She would have needed a mace or a hammer and 100 pounds extra muscle to do anything to his chest armour -.-. Or you know, she could have stabbed him in the face. I actually hope we get to see syrio again, usually this show makes it painfully explicit whenever named characters die and they made a big point of having him "die" off screen.
On a completely different note, does anyone else feel like the general science / tech level in this universe makes no fucking sense?
Too much complaining for one post. I actually love this show, I just spend too much time analysing whenever I like something :p .
