That locke guy was sent by Boltons to kill the remaining 2 boys. eh, sorta annoys me that he decided to kidnap Bran instead. The whole choreography of that battle was silly; instead of sneaking in, they all scream and charge to alert everyone. Didn't they count 11 mutineers? It showed them kill way more. And that fight between jon and the knife guy... the hackneyed ol' fight scene where they exchange lines while locking weapons face to face...

Oh come on guys, it's not like Jon and his friends are trained assasins. They started shouting right before the attack and they knew that mutineers don't expect them so it wasn't as bad as you claim.

Errr, I think Littlefinger is officially the most dangerous man in Westeros now. If you put him in a suit he'd look like this:

We've seen Bran mind control Hodor twice now. Is a worg only supposed to be able to mind control animals like Orell the wildling, or does their ability extend to controlling humans with enough practice? Or is that a different "power" altogether?
Jojen Reed has "greensight" which allows him to see glimpses of events that happen in the future. Does Bran have this sight as well, or are Bran's three-eyed raven scenes actual dreams that Jojen confirms to be true in the future?

Well...when he first controlled Hodor the other worg seemed pretty impressed/surprised so I would guess that it is unique.

I think we can safely call the full grown ones invincible in a battle situation. After all the original Targaryans conquered Westeros being outnumbered by a ridiculous factor simply because their dragons could roast entire armies with impunity. How are Westerosi going to take down a dragon once it is big enough that arrows don't do anything anymore? How many dragons did the original Targaryans have, probably more than 3; and did the people of Westeros know how to deal with the dragons? Probably not at first. If I remember correctly from talks in the first season, dragons didn't go 'extinct' because of a natural cause or something, they were all hunted down. During the Dothraki-segments, Daenarys asked her helpers about the dragons, who told her that they were all slain by men. On the other hand, when Joffrey told about the dragons (or someone else) to Sanza, he said the dragons got smaller and weaker towards the end. So maybe if Daenerys' dragons are one of the larger types, they might end up being nearly invincible, but I don't think it's 100% certain that this makes them 'undefeatable'.
If you want to know more about the Targaryen History of Dragons, there's a cool bit of history regarding a previous war that took place in Westeros that someone on the A Song of Ice and Fire reddit did a summary of.

Yeah, so if I were Tywin, I'd be spending a lot of time/money working on dragon countermeasures. We don't really know how vulnerable they are to conventional (or unconventional) weapons. Presumably the old spear in the mouth/eyes would do it, but these dragons seem very airborne, which complicates that.
Their wings look fairly weak though, which could be an opening... Train a bunch of crossbowmen to hit airborne targets (catapult skeet shooting or somesuch), then hope you could get enough holes in their wings to ground them. Killing a grounded (and presumably wounded) dragon wouldn't be trivial, but it's an approachable task, either with skilled, agile spearmen or, more reliably, just pelting it with ranged weapons. Siege weapons, if any can reliably hit the thing.
Explosives are another possibility. Dragons are presumably fire-resistant, but some explosives, shrapnel, and a ballista could make a passable flak gun.
The final possibility is that dragons may be limited in some other way. Perhaps foul weather weakens them, or perhaps they have a fairly limited supply of whatever they ignite to breathe fire. Without the fire attack, the dragon would be far less potent, while still difficult to *kill*.
Theorycraft + Show Spoiler + If this is the case, you could try to force a large-scale decisive engagement*, keep your troops broken up as skirmishers to reduce the AoE threat, and try to bait out the fire attacks, then form in close blocks to engage the Unsullied, ignoring the relatively harmless dragons. The danger would be getting cut apart by the Second Sons cavalry, but I'm assuming Westeros would have a handy superiority in the size of their cavalry wing, sufficient that they could divide in several parts, each superior to the entire Second Sons formation*.
*This is all predicated on a massively numerically superior force for Westeros. From the earlier war, we think the more powerful houses have mobilizable troops in the 20-40k range, which means that in raw numbers, Danny is outnumbered by any individual house by about 2:1, with Westerosi forces probably having a greater portion of cavalry to infantry. The overall balance could have her outnumbered by forces 10-15 times larger than her own, even assuming a few houses sat the whole fight out. Of course, logistics would mean it would be difficult for the Lannisters to muster such a force to face her in the open field, but they could probably still expect a handy superiority, and probably would be able to face her in multiple engagements.
The real life historical model Danny should shoot for is that of Alexander the Great, who had an army of similar composition to hers, less the dragons.

What do you mean? Orell had no idea what was happening, he just heard voices in the tower. He didn't know that a worg was also up there and mind controlled the one shouting to stop -- he just heard voices.

It doesn't spoil anything from the story in GoT but fine.

btw, where is the Head of House Tully right now (Edi)? Is he dead? Also, where is sexy Roslin?
Littlefinger is now married to Lysa, who is the head of the Eyrie. Normally led by house Arryn (remember Jon Arryn), she's Lysa Arryn by marriage. Currently Lysa is ruling over the Eyrie till Robert Arryn, her crazy son, comes of age to apparently marry Sansa, his cousin. Littlefinger right now is part of the head of one of the 7 major houses Westoros, of the level of the Stark's and the Lannister's.
We just haven't seen the Eyrie (nor Dorne) do anything at all yet, which makes me think that was part of Littlefinger plan as well. Marry into the Eyrie while keeping the Eyrie out of war to have an army at the end of everything to become king of Westoros I guess.

I actually thought grantland's recap was a good read. Best part about Sansa was :
... But back to Sansa. Look, she gets a lot of grief from some quarters and it’s not hard to see why. When Arya and Jon Snow are stabbing dudes through the throat, it can be tough to get worked up about the fantasy princess trapped in a snuff film. But after an episode like last night’s, I think Sansa deserves a second look. If you squint you can see that she’s basically Cersei, minus the claw marks life has left on the latter’s soul: just another young woman cruelly batted about by circumstance like one of Ser Pounce’s balls of royal yarn. ... http://grantland.com/hollywood-prospectus/game-of-thrones-recap-cersei-season-four/
He wrote mostly about Cersei in the piece so it makes more sense if you read the previous paragraphs.

The little boy worg that is running around with Bran was there, not Orell
TBH I had no fucking clue that other guy was named Orell
