Only sad part is there is so many good games on at the same time i mean i would want to watch all of those games minus SG vs Faceless with all attention but 4 on at a time!
Yeah, I think you really have to pick your battles with this one. I typically only follow one match at a time, unless someone posts something insane for another stream, at which point I'll dance over and check it out.
So how does this format work? Does whichever team wins in Round 3 play against another team that won for round 4, and then those results overall are used for bracket seeding?
I understand the concept of Swiss group format, but 2 days of games only for seeding? With a winner and lower bracket this would be a good System. Well whatever, lets hope for some good games;)

If i understand it right, the teams who are 3-0 After round 3 are the top seed, and dont need to play anymore. Then its mainly about the teams who are 2-1, those play for the 2nd best seed in round 4.
TnC vs VP will be the match to watch for me. 2 teams who used to be the "underdogs" in premier tournaments but now are starting to show some really amazing moments in this patch so far.
I think im also one of the few people to still have high hopes for ex Wings, but vs OG i now have my doubts. Also fy god hwaiting!
does this group stage really matter? its just a matter of picking your opponent in the next round right? I'm still salty haw Dota 2 tournament chicken out to not eliminate teams in the group stage

Well for a single elimination tournament, I'd say it matters. No second chances, you want to be playing against the worst performing teams.

Yup. Bottom 4 should have definitely been removed so there could be more time for a double elim playoffs. Or at least make the bottom 4 face off in a BO1 as punishment while the 2 teams who went 3-0 get to be placed higher in the bracket.
This has potential to for some crazy upsets. However, the best team should still win. If lets say IG loses to SG/Faceless that would be a travesty, but you could just argue that they should have been more prepared and if they were truly deserving of the championship they would have won.
