I would have prefered a straight agha + ghost scepter from him though. High ground is always the finishing point, but I think the development of the midgame is going to be especially critical in seeing how that turns out. When Huskar and Bristleback are concerned, it's mostly a question of whether they're unkillable or not. If they are, Alliance will be broken. If they aren't, then Alliance will run over OG like it's easy. Even now, the game continues to be extremely even.

If OG gives one of their better performances, then yeah, they'll beat Alliance. If OG is only solid and Alliance gives one of their best performances in years, then Alliance can win it. If Alliance can kill supports and kite Huskar/Bristle, they should win the midgame. Otherwise, they could be in a lot of trouble. The nature of gyro means that he is useless against huskar or bb all game. So yea they really need og to screw up mid game which they are doing atm. Alliance key heroes are AA and WD, but even that may not be enough against a tanky huskar and bristle. Anyway all these skirmishes are not benefitting alliance because their cores are not farming at all. They need to be hugeeee

They need to be hugeeee The value of Gyro is that he slows both of those heroes through BKB and shreds OG's other three heroes. Alliance aren't going to be killing the two OG cores reliably in the lategame until their support system is down.
