This looks kinda unfair on one hand, on the other hand EG won TI5, so they have a valid point.
|
For me the question isn't really whether EG deserves it. They are TI winners and the best team in NA, I think inviting them is fine really. But also as a viewer I find it a bit lame that we don't get to see them play at all against their local competition. At least when the qualifiers originally started again after TI I think the new c9 vs EG, EG vs DC would have been interesting matchups to see. Though now the "hype" is a bit down for me after both Archon and c9 have been put firmly in the dumpster in their LAN appearances and DC hasn't been all that convincing.

5 EU teams, 1 SEA team, 2 AM teams and 2 CN teams. 5+1+2+2=10, There are only 10 teams, where are the other 2 teams?

nvm i misread the google doc, there will be 3 CN teams
also apparently one "organizers invite" which i don't understand

so.is english casting team for this tourney still mystery?
|
3 seeds for China but only 8 teams so far. China is traditionally stacked but if I was a member of ACE I would start demanding that 16 teams play for those slots. What's the point of being a member of ACE or the farm/youth squad of the established teams if I can't get slotted into a tournament?

Fnatic Pudge? What's going on?!?

time to see again if they can win with random picks and random plays...let it be black pudge...this guy is a beast pudge

oh,mushi is not playing today ..so ohaiyo is playing offlane, black is pudge and ADTR (their coach) is playing sf

Atleast SF didn't die. He needs to play a near perfect game in order to be the mid - late game carry they need.
[edit] And he dies in the second fight. Oh well.

123 isn't playing to the strengths of their lineup. Fnatic shouldn't be straight up taking towers like they're doing right now. With Clockwerk and Wyvern they should be able to break the seige line even with the huge vision advantage Fnatic has IMO.

123 has many of disables now imo and they are using it to their advantage now

Wth Black is usually amazing on Pudge, he is barely landing any.

Fnatic was never behind Xyclopz. The NW graph says they are but the confidence and skill they have displayed in taking more towers tells the actual story of which team is better.

So far it's not looking convincing enough. We'll see if Black's poor performance is going to be a detriment for SF surviving these fights.
