Not much DK can do, although as an [A]lliance fan I would love to see bulldog crush it on LD The chinese teams should take month off and just play wisp 24/7. Such a huge advantage for international teams in the drafts, DK is forced to ban wisp (leaving NP) when they have first pick. It's pretty similar to Morphling at TI2. The biggest part isn't just that they can't play it well themselves but also none of their regular scrimming partners throughout the year don't play it well enough except for some SEA teams. That creates the situation where you can't practice playing against it properly either.

Alliance recognized what was important that game and executed well. They made good trades when DK had the advantage, and capitalized on DK's mistakes. The gem loss near Rosh where s4 lasso-ed ROTK from under 4 DK players' noses was absolutely game changing. i think it was few things. the xp advantage was important honestly, i don't know why LD and Lumi were saying it didn't matter when the reality was that the supports of Alliance were near level 20 and DK were like at level 12 and i didn't feel super contributed at all in terms of damage. linkin might not have been a bad choice but i don't think going both bkb and linkin was smart when you sacrifice any going items that can give damage. Again, that was entirely a product of the lost gem at the Rosh pit. When you lose all your wards on the map, your supports can't do anything but wait behind the carries because you simply cannot farm enough to be worth the risk of a solo kill on you turning into a free tower or Roshan. The gold/XP graphs were reasonably close until DK lost their gem, at which point Alliance's advantage skyrocketed because Batrider + Furion + took enemy's gem locks down the entire map. DK basically lost that gem for free too because I don't think they'd done anything to Alliance's vision when they lost it. I think the big mistake that cost them the game was that fight at the ancients. That was the thing that allowed Loda to almost catch up to Alchemist in farm, NP to close the gap and prevented Alchemist from getting that absurd gold advantage he can get while freefarming with a BF. That fight was engaged really sloppily. DK basically was too antsy about not giving up Super for free (I don't think they'd seen s4's Force Staff yet, or if they did, didn't expect him to use Force to break Linken's like that, so he thought he was much safer than he was). Burning TPed in with basically no mana so he couldn't actually do anything before giving up his Aegis for free, and then they decided to fight a 4v5 with Super unable to BB into the fight and Burning giving up his Aegis for free.
