Blink is suited for a type of game where you get to Blink initiate->kill one, but C9's support picks don't have enough burst damage to enable that kind of play in a fight. I feel like it'd be more appropriate to get early defensive items (VG, Mek, Halberd, etc.) because what C9 has going is two farmed ranged damage cores that desperately need a frontline hero that can give them room to do damage. | ||

A fast pipe is also a good idea imo, the magical burst potencial from A is to big to ignore. | ||

Without blink he can't ensure that his target doesn't unload before the doom. The can arguably combo with sleep, but I think it makes sense to have a secondary form of initiation, especially given how long sleep cd is early + you might want to save it to retreat etc. also with bkb he survives fairly long vs A's team which is very magic focused edit: and ofc blink lets you be greedy and live, this is c9 | ||
