You will still be unable to use it until the cooldown of the first time you used it expires.. If that was viable, then and only then can Rubick be called OP/imbalanced.

Treant, Soul Keeper and Tuskkar were added in 6.73 which is strange since Treant and Soul Keeper were added a pretty while back. | ||
