I really don't understand the new Valve format - 3 days of official scrims that are streamed with comment.

The draft in game 2 and 3 were better for Thunder - clearly good ideas in countering naga with a morph late and I also liked the ideas in game 2 with bristle kotl and countering mk by tusk. The mobility of prophet showed how you can exploid the lack of escape from an invoker. All in all great dotes. Misery is doing his homeworks and thunder is a strong tournament team. I still think liquid will do good. My hidden favorites are VP and Thunder.

I think the main problem is the shitty offlane hero picks not bringing the Liquid drafts together. I was not on board with offlane Earthshaker and Nightstalker at all.

For me the drafts clearly showed, a good team would have beaten it. IO gh is a monster, but their IO ideas are not the best. No way this works against IG. The nightstalker idea was good - I really think against kotl it works perfect... but the bristle destroyed their whole draft idea. ES offlane I cant take serious, not even with sunstrike disable comb ideas behind - which was what they aimed for. Morph got them offguard and their naga idea was kind of bullshit in this game. They suffered against 4vs5 teamplays were naga was away farming and morph took the advantage to win them teamfights and get a huge amount of farm too. I think the hero of this meta for me is terrorblade so far.

Sure, not the most competitive games ever, but it did show a departure from their extremely greedy picks and very questionable picks for MC who was playing out of his mind before. I'm not very confident after the wins but it was a step up for them.

Look really frustrating actually. Like there's no communication. Also they're making silly mistakes for no apparent reason.

If you think this is a pattern - then enjoy the MC Doom now ;-) They will win it, cause Tinker destroys a 4 protect 1 with sf being the 1, but still... they will continue the weirdo picks.

Naga again. Maybe this will be the first Naga win in 5 attempts.

Thank you. P.S Good that this and the next match dont matter. As the only way to play vs weak team was to win 3 in a row. Now every team left in the pool is good enough to beat everyone.
