Didn't Puppey say something about "completely new" approach? If he still works with Na'Vi to make it happen, it could be possible, otherwise, I do not think Secret is in desperate need of an established management. With the money (and publicity) they have, they could just make their own and have everything on terms of their own.
And to be honest Secret has become brand of itself as of now.

While i can see why NaVi would be an obvious option for them (very laudable organization with a very good management and Puppey, i guess, still working with them on NaVigation).
Team Secret as a brand doesnt sound too crazy, they have brand recognition, they are getting a lot of money lately, they just need to find sponsors and stuff

NaVi are playing good when enemy letting em pick their favourite heroes, like Rubick for Vanskor, Chen for Goblak and Troll/Jugger for Xboct. The thing is, if enemy will let navi take their heroes and NaVi will win games, they can just continue winning on good moral. Pretty much same goes for HR.
