It's really curious. lack of leadership initial excitement wearing off? I think morale has been on a slide for sure. Leadership is not happening. I don't know if this is a personnel issue or just a cohesion issue. Team definitely needs a better drafter though. So it seems pretty likely someone is going to have to step down for someone who will either draft or fully captain.

Oh Tinker, oh Tinker.
|
wow that game vs EG RIP tinker the team looked so promising
|
Well after this game vs EG on dota pit we can say with absolute certainty that they have issues. After being 2 rax up for 40 mins, they were UNABLE to initiate or win a fight like 15 times. Very bad coordination and positioning. After being humiliated like that i am starting to doubt this team's future.

everygame there's 1 of them playing so bad that actually brings the team down
qojqva in this game was unbeliavably bad.

qojqva in this game was unbeliavably bad. Hey now.
EGM was just as bad.

This is probably why Alex Garfield doesn't officially pick teams up anymore until they solidify. He made that mistake with Jeyo.
|
This Game was so painful to watch....Qojqva played very well for the first 20-30 min, but then just got killed and picked Off so often. I really dort know about this Team anymore. They Need some player changes i think, i dont see it working out as it is right now...

I like the team, and most players, but it seems they really need a captain they can all get behind and trust 100%, as I have heard, they all have a say in just about anything, when it comes down to it, they need that rock of a captain to lead the way.

Well written. They deffinateley need a Puppey or GoBlack type of figure, or at least they need to choose one to lead, others to follow, because otherwise it will not end well.

Now im sure, that pajcatt is simply not good enough. He is doing questionable plays, but he feeds more than XBOCT as carry, but he cant make even 10% of his plays. After the start he had on naga he fed 2 completely avoidable lives and then died again then he got outfarmed with a radiance naga by silencer and legion until minute 30, not to mention the songs... He plays well with 2 heroes, others are questionable, if his team are not doing well he feeds even more, in short - he is bellow the team's level.

whatever dude, game three against empire was so fucking awesome to watch;)
|
They're inconsistent. I'm a fan because I"ll follow them through good times and bad, and hopefully they can gain consistency over the next few weeks. :D
And was that alliance game a FF?
|
alliance probably disbanding
they should kick pajkatt and pick bulldog
but being such good friend i doubt they'll ever kick paj

Arteezy on TT:
Why do you think Team Tinker is not performing well? Okay, I'll give the real talk, because I don't particularly like some of them... but I will be nice at the same time. Their players aren't out-of-the-world skilled. They have strong players, but they're not way better than other players. The hype behind the team was false already, so maybe the hype got to them at the beginning. They don't have a strong support players either. When you just have average players in an average team with no leadership to add, it just becomes a shitty ass version of Liquid, that's just real talk at the end of the day. If you are expecting more, it's kind of like being fanboys. There's nothing special about them at all. I'm not even flaming, I'm just saying the truth. I think Bulba is a good core, but he's not a good support player. I think EGM needs a sort of a Zai role, he has to be a core and a support at the same time, and he really can't do that because Bulba can't play 5. Singsing can't play offlane, and his mid hero pool is not updated to this meta and he doesn't play safelane so you have that issue. Then you have Qojqva who only plays certain heroes in lane... farming. I don't know, they're not fit to play [together]. By the way, just cause I'm criticizing other people does not mean I'm a perfect player. I have my faults.
Sadly, I think he's right. But I like the team anyway, just the fact they're doing what they love between friends. Maybe they develop into better players together.
I find odd he doesn't talk about Pajkatt, which is the one I think he doesn't like.

Are they actually such good friends? I obviously don't know their histories together perfectly, but I've listened to some of the interviews where Bulba etc. talk about how they are all good friends and like playing together. But I find that it's easy to be friends when you haven't yet failed and everything is going okay, but after some of their recent losses things may change. This is just my speculation though. But if you look at Alliance for example, everyone in and outside the team was complimenting them on how they were such good friends with each other. That didn't stop s4 from wanting to leave the team once he got tired of losing.
As far as TT goes it's hard to say what their own expectations were. I never really saw them as a team who would dominate the scene, and while some of their recent results have been underwhelming, it's not like they've been a total disaster in the past few months. Of course if the players feel themselves that the team just isn't working and they need someone else to fill some role or lead the team or whatever, then the change is warranted. But a random player change probably won't make things that much better. First they have to identify what the issue is and if they can't fix it themselves, bring in someone who can.

Because Arteezy himself is a guy who only plays some Heroes in lane...farming. Qojqva also plays offlane and his Hero Pool is much bigger. I also dont agree about Bulba being a bad Support. I think hes doing fine. But i think he is right about EGM, that he needs to play more like Zai.

How do these opinions like RTZ having a small hero pool even come up? The only heroes he actually doesn't play is brewmaster, invoker, and ember.
PA QOP Puck OD Silencer TA SF Razor Viper Storm Naga Doom Lycan Dk cough Ember cough Death Prophet Pugna Natures Prophet Tinker Visage Tiny Morph Windranger Clinkz Drow Timbersaw Zues
Just the ones I could think of off the top of my head, im sure there is more but its not that constricted.
