Sing support bulba offlane would not change the fundamental problem of having 2 cores that refuse to do anything in mid game.

too bad leadership and drafting are the rarest and most valuable commodities in western dota.

I know most people like this team for singsing but I really think he has played poorly the past month. H4nn1 would be a much more vocal player and be a leader with Bulba more than sing.

If anyone wanted to make a new team with h4nni they would have.

Being willing to tell people stuff != leader.

I don't think this is the problem. I think qojqva and Pj have games were they are really active, and I think pj is best when he is active. They have a lot of problems, but I don't think this is the main one. I think qojqva needs to be on a hero that utilize the farm better, and I think they need to get their early/mid game down a lot better.

I think Tinker should try to give Singsing their signature heroes and be done with the experimentation, like i said the individual skill of the players its much higher than what they are achieving, they shiould be playing much better

Just give him Ember, Mirana or TA, they are good mid heroes that stay relevant all game with farm, which are pretty much the norm in this meta (even though puck is making a comeback)

Meepo too, and his brew is... not bad at least

SingSing-related QQ: I have had a really unlikely number of Jakiro randoms and I have really come to hate playing that hero. We usually lose, no one knows how to play with me, and he's just a fat, helpless, fucking slow-turning dummy dragon with an ugly model and a cheesy voice pack.

I'm sorry Singu. I feel your pain -_-

Lel, delusional singsing fans, just plaing ember and mirana is not versatile enough for a 6.82 player, especially when mirana is fading out the scene. TA is also very weak with far too many counters.

If C9 didn't want somebody who can only play 2-3 heroes, why do you think Tinker wants the same narrow player?

Because they formed a team with him? I seriously doubt that there is a better western core available to replace Sing; I'd love for Hanni to be a part of this team but he isn't actually a free agent and I've seen no one else who looks like a top contender and a free agent,

Who would be a viable replacement for any of tinker's players?
TL Mafia. Love it. Play it. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/index.php?show_part=31 I find Kennigit really attractive. If anyone has a picture of him please feel free to PM it to me.

Remember that sing has been playing shit because he has not been given a good environment to excel, and allocated 3rd priority farm. His supports doesn't help him much too. His performances at c9 was good because the draft was done with him in mind. Now he just doesn't fit.

Changes are needed because the team is not balanced.

Yeah. I still think this team has a lot of promise but there are huge asterisks. There are things they need to figure out and I think they might be playing too many events right now to have the time to fix them.

Sing was asked why he doesn't get to play Meepo "cus pajkatt doesn't believe in it" is what he said in other words, Pajkatt and qoqvja don't feel comfortable not having top farm priority, which sing would have if they put him on a mapo, they did let sing play tiny thou.

They also haven't picked sing (or EGM) his windrunner, which is also a part of his hero pool for instance (both of them played it regularily at some point).

I doubt the team issue is with a single player though.. Teams rise and fall as a whole

the main reason why the team isnt doing well is because of their movements I think. Their decision makings are good but they are too predictable and often times they have miscommunication

My view on TT hasn't really changed. The team is full of players who could potentially do great things in the right team, but whether they can do it together is a different story. Their start seems pretty similar to TL last year to me. They did pretty well online (although they didn't have as long of a winstreak as TL had last year), were very confident going into their first LANs, and then bombed out to teams they probably themselves felt they should beat (A and NaVi). It's easy to get along and discuss the game when you are winning, but everything is much harder when you start losing and you get frustrated. There's still a lot of time before TI so it's not like they are running out of time or anything, but for their morale it would be pretty important to get good results quickly. For me the question still is whether the team has anyone who is able to step up as a leader in terms of draft, in game strategy and talking about their issues when the games are done.

I feel like TT has no one to act as a leader/captain or has one(bulba) but is not doing a great job at it. Feels like everybody wants to play core except bulba which secret suffered a bit in the beginning i think unlike secret though everybody finally resorted to play what role/heroes they are actually good at.(s4 mid, kky carry, fly somewhere, puppey + notail support).

It's like they got no direction which Secret(obviously there are 4 people in the team lead their teams respectively in the past), EG(ppd) and C9(seems like everybody calls for the shots but envy is the one who gives the final decision for the team) has.

im not a singsing fan, so take your wrong assumption somehwere else, just a tip for your next debate, do not start by assuming something if you are not sure about it

C9 worked because Aui was always given farm, and Sing + Bone were cores that like to be active. And Envy is not exactly a passive player too.

Does this sound familiar to some other team?

TT's basically last year's Team Liquid, there's an improvement in player skill in the support department but other than that i don't see any improvements other than that the players actually like playing with eachother

Problem is really with leadership I think. They do the "give the player w/e he wants" draft way too much where Pajkatt is Viper all the time even if it's not against heavy magic dmg, Qojqva is one of 3 heroes that rotates, and so on and so forth. Feels like they should be finding drafts that suit their players but also has good synergy (like EG, VG, or NB drafts) rather than just give the player w/e he wants 5 times. Similarly, in games they play like a 1+1+1+1+1 instead of as 5 where it's usually pajkatt/qojqva farming somewhere on the map alone and bulba/egm/sing feeding on the other part of the map alone.

That said, they're doing way better than TL did even with the disappointing lan finals (kinda weird when a group stage --> lan tournament's second place is disappointing) but eventually individual skill is not gonna pull them out of holes anymore (like when sing did nothing on puck in winner's finals or qojqva forgot how to play tide in grand finals). Calling them the new Liquid is pretty far off though. Liquid was hellbent on trying things that just didn't work (nyx, ET, tc on mirana, fluff ench every game etc.)

I don't think they're doing way better than Liquid would have done. They're in the same 'high expectations mediocre results' place as Liquid was. Perhaps a bit better on LAN but they've only been to a few so it's hard to tell.

Obviously i'm not incluiding the time when Liquid was literally losing every game due to the players essentially not wanting to be on the same team anymore.

BTW Liquid is 9-5 with TC Mirana and also positive with nyx offlane iirc. Certainly not with ET and Fluff ench though.
