Heh I was wondering how this was allowed to go on:
E-sports club Natus Vincere informs that Aren “Versuta” Zoubarian is no longer a member of our organization. Aren joined us in July 2013. Many fans were very skeptical about this appointment, since the attitude towards this streamer had always been contradictory for many reasons. In the same time, many people have noticed the professional growth of Aren over the short period of time. He was an amateur streamer and turned into a professional caster of high level. We're glad that most of these positive changes happened to him under the tag of Natus Vincere. While working with us, Versuta tried to perform as a caster, an author of guides and visited the main event of the year - The International 4.
Unfortunately Aren began to come back to his long forgotten role, which made him popular. Alas, the legendary "rages" doesn't fit well the public image of Natus Vincere, though they might please some fans. The split up doesn't mean we cross out the results of our cooperation. On contrary, this is a great opportunity to move on, using the acquired experience.
Na`Vi wishes much success to Aren in any professional field he might choose. http://read.navi-gaming.com/en/team_news/versuta_release

Vilat is actually supporting Versuta on this one. Hahaha!

Right now is a series of tweets in which I will burn on the dismissal of Versuty Navi. My personal opinion and SUBJECTIVE. Navi did wrong.
Official matches Versuta Stream is always excellent. PROFESSIONAL approach and good statistics, classy and high-quality stream
On his personal streamers, a person can do what he wants. And if he wants to rage - it is his personal opinion
The organization may be fined him, to reprimand, but to dismiss because man is by itself - it's stupid!
Despite differences in the past, I was very pleased to work together with the arena at the same TI4 and professionalism can not be questioned
(Source: Twitter x Google Translate)
The dude would go into epic rages to pubs and for stream using Na'Vi overlay on Twitch. If they gave him warning about this and he didn't stop, sorry v1lat.

I know a lot of people disagree with me, and that's the whole reason I'm posting this.
However, I find the belief that "someone can do what they want on their own" entirely illogical. He wasn't by himself. He was acting this way toward other players. It just so happens that those players are Na'Vi's exact demographic.
You might desire to compartmentalize areas of your life or even ideas you have, but "irl" it doesn't work that way. Stuff you do on the weekend still represents your employer.

And there are limits but the more public a personality you are and the more public the behavior you wish to remain unrelated to your professional life is, the less you can escape this. He would rant towards players in game and on stream for everyone to see while his whole screen is branded Na'Vi. That's not something you can do and expect no response from the organization.
This isn't like, I got kicked out of the golf course for being a drunk asshole and my boss at the box factory fired me over it. This is "I have a public-facing position and I have acted poorly in public and while interacting with the people my employer cares about." Dumb if he thought it was not reasonable to expect punishment.

It's not as if you can't have other personas when dealing with certain people but if you're acting this way towards your demographic, it just means bad things are coming your way!

I understand how this thing works but come on, person on hes free time can do what ever the fuck he want's. Who cares if he rages or not? I mean its hes free time and he streams and has fun or not.
If the only obligation he had to Na'Vi is to provide a stream and revenue their brand on it then Na'Vi are right to dismiss him but alas once again we are not getting the whole story.
Regardless what you do on your own time should and must not be taken to where you work i can be a complete asshole in my free time but in work i might be the most correct guy you will meet those things are so far apart and no one should be mixing their work with their other real life stuff.
Regardless both parties kinda are meh at dealing appropriate with the situation .

Regardless both parties kinda are meh at dealing appropriate with the situation . Hate to repeat myself but:
Versuta streams with Na'Vi branding. He is associated with Na'Vi when he streams, therefore he cannot simply act how he pleases. In addition to this if you work as a public personality your personal life can and will affect your work. Given these two combined this is a pretty plain situation where Versuta cannot simply fire up a stream with Na'Vi branding all over it and start raging at Dota players, no matter how entertaining some people might find it.

I think a simple warning could have been enough, but i can't blame na'vi as one of the most known gaming they have to show the example. They can't afford that one of their membre mess around with the na'vi brand image.

As long as you interact with the "customers/fans/potential fans/etc" of Na´Vi then it has to do more with your work than your free time. If he did that off stream and with a name/account no one recognizes it should be "ok" but in any other case it is wrong, Na`Vi wants to maintain an image which gets obscured or changed based on his behavior, and many people could think "Na`Vi supports this guy? wtf?" So for them it may be better to let him go than to let rumors and stuff go around the organization.
Think it this way, in a small town there is guy who does his work every day, but on weekends he goes around town messing around with everyone, getting on their nerves, picking fights, "doing wrong". The town will sooner or later start hating him and wanting him out of town, the first step would be lose his job. Pretty poor comparison but meh...

Yea, but we don't know if the organization did warn him or not, and if they did, how many times they did it.

Isnt that the case in EVERY JOB IN THE WORLD ? if you do something that could damage your company even if outside of work expect something to happen in return

http://read.navi-gaming.com/en/team_news/new_dota_manager
E-sports club Natus Vincere is happy to announce the appointment of a new manager for its Dota 2 squad. We've been searching for quite a long time and have made so many tiresome castings, but finally we've found our hero! He's known in the community and adored by the players. What else is necessary to supplement the team of the Born to Win?
Andrew Kvasnevsky has joined our united team performing under the yellow and black banners. We will post an interview with a new Dota2 manager very soon. As per moment you can read his comment:
Becoming a member of such an organization as Na'Vi is a great responsibility for me. I am grateful to management for the chance provided. I'll try to do my best and to perform at 100% for the benefit of the team and the organization. Support us, and we won't let you down!
We also inform that Andrew will be on probation until the end of the calendar year. We will analyze the results of his work and make a decision on the prolongation or termination of our cooperation.

Anyone have a background of this Andrew Kvasnevsky guy?
I been trying to google it but coming up with a blank.

Yes. Every company will let you go if they find that you are representing them as a figure in your free time and it is in a negative light.
This is not a new social contract. This is an established way of operation.
