Versuta streams with Na'Vi branding. He is associated with Na'Vi when he streams, therefore he cannot simply act how he pleases. In addition to this if you work as a public personality your personal life can and will affect your work. Given these two combined this is a pretty plain situation where Versuta cannot simply fire up a stream with Na'Vi branding all over it and start raging at Dota players, no matter how entertaining some people might find it. My problem with this whole situation is that they are inconsistent. They fired Versuta because there was a shitstorm on Reddit and they felt they had to act. However the players' behaviour on their personal streams is exactly the same yet no one got in trouble for that as far as I know. Like Xboct's or Funnik streams are (or rather were, I stopped watching them specifically for this reason) just neverending stream of profanities. This does not apply to Na'Vi in particular, such behaviour is all over the place. Another problem is that even when raging on his personal stream, his comments on the issues that he brings up are spot on (such as the ineffective report system) and he indeed understands the game very well. When he is raging at someone for the way they play he always explains his reasoning very well even if he swears a ton. But I guess that doesn't count, and yelling "OMG FUCK THEM IN THE PUSSY" over and over again is somehow more acceptable.

What's the deal with the Aegis? I thought that was like the Stanley cup. Do they make a new one every year? [e] Really salient point there: expect a decision about Na'Vi US very soon. "On the next week."' Also I really wish whoever translates these would learn the difference between "moral" and "morale."

Maybe they have some publicity events on those days. If not, probably just declined. I kind of want to agree with the decision to not attend any events till they get some semblance of good consistent performance again.

Soo The thing about ZG's clock is that is he can't really do anything if they don't perform by the allotted time. Navi makes their money by appealing to the CIS base, and there's not much talent for navi to steal at this point in terms of captains/strategists. CIS literally would not have ranked at all in TI4 if it weren't for puppey dragging xboct/dendi's non-practiced asses along with his equally questionable drafts. The CIS called for puppey/kuro's head, he left to make a better team, and Navi is actually in a position where there's no one to buy out at all in CIS to fix their problem. They can maybe buy 3/5 of empire or something.

Even puppey agreed ("we need to figure out our movements blahblah"). So I wouldn't use such words as "dragging asses". And 'cmon, dendi not practice? Thats something from another universe.

They can maybe buy 3/5 of empire or something. Everything we heard so far shows that Puppey wasn't practicing any more than Hvost. We have seen multiple videos from their bootcamps and some other indications that he spent more effort playing CS:GO than practicing Dota with his team. At the same time, we do know for sure that Dendi was practicing regularly and complained several times that he has to practice in matchmaking and not in scrims. But what's most important is they did not practice as a team, like FHDH already said. So in the end blaming it all on any particular player(s) is silly and just shows your bias.

Anyhow, I hope they keep getting better, and if not I will just enjoy Dota, because I like the game no matter who is the best.
