I'm curious how legit medusa is this patch.

Medusa was sneakily good last patch, some big buffs and a meta favoring late game helps a hero that scales better than almost any other with farm.

If there's one thing that I like about this patch, it's that Elder Titan is apparently good now. <3 ET

I guess his aura and ult scale well into lategame.

The problem is I feel like you need to put points in snake for medusa now, but that means a lot less points in stats when you are level 11+.

I dunno its awkward.

As Snowman pointed out, the saddest part about that is the builds people are using on her. Vaguard is the most bought item....

VG's buildable on spec even before the upgrade.
Because u actually need the dmg block in lane, the regen in lane, and the hp midgame plus it lets u afk jungle or tank lane creeps while still being full hp to ult into fights.

I still hate it and prefer naked vit booster into rad or w/e whenever possible but it isn't always possible.

Well, admittedly I underesimated the scale, but it still went up. He still got better despite being hit with nerfs.

General consensus about patch amongst my dota buddies is "Its a good time to try out strife/dawngate/HOTS right now"



I'll be curious to see where dota is at in a week or so, after the chaos settles.

Vanguard is fine on Spectre, though i'm probably not building it anymore.

I'm curious how many of bountyhunter's 5 lost percentage win points are due to the shuriken no damage bug verses due to getting more gold not actually helping you win anymore.
