The old Blink Dagger used to be able to evade Omnislash, but the new Dagger won't allow that anymore. I don't think that the Forcestaff will push you far enough out of range for Omnislash check though | ||

Quantic vs DTS, CLG vs wW 1st round matchups, and probably some great matches after(possible EG/Quantic rematch, possible storyline match with Na'Vi vs Darer). Starts early in the morning for NA though =/ | ||

American teams never stayed together long enough and had lots of egos....that's why coL/Fire is amazing. They pretty much outshine seemingly better talent through sheer teamwork and teamplay. They don't have egos and they stuck together through hard work. I dabbled in comp dota 1 with some of those guys and they are just on a completely different level nowadays. If they keep motivation and use their experience wisely they'll stay at the top You could have made a team out of these guys and competed with any euro/russian team. China wasn't really competing yet internationally. | ||

north american dota teams back then were very analgous to north american starcraft 2 players. great in north america, but irrelevant in the international scene. i played fairly competitively (demon was on my team when he started blossoming) and would regularly get destroyed by clan mage (analogous to a top korean player). if you go back further, there were successful american teams, col and apex/jmc. that's where dogkaiser, poc, and indeed were from. shaang, daisy, fear, throzz, dominionwing...etc and hans2 | ||
