I hope this doesn't fall under the threads that don't meet TL standard, but I think I can showcast a really interesting build which probably not many (if anyone) has seen.
Whenever I join a random coop game, most people go like "wtf is this" 
It's based on weapon throw and tornado run, so basically no rage generating skills whatsoever. How the fuck would that work? Well, come check out my stream. I will mostly do Pony Level on inferno, so without doubt one of the toughest places to be in this game.
Also my gear isn't exceptionally at all. Still I reach very high DPS, especially with berserk obviously. Also got like 30k life and 300allres. What you see is only like 10 million gold spent, so if you like it, do it yourself!
If there is interest, i will post the build here. I hesitate to say "my" build, because there was probably somone doing this before.

for gear: get at the very least 45% crit (you already get 15% through passives), as much strengh/critdmg as you can and vit/allres only if you got money left.

its with berserk. well thats what all people do on twitch, write their dmg with activated skills 
unbuffed its 82k or so, but missing quite a bit of critdmg for some vit/allres and also my weapons arent the best, so there is quite some space left.

forgot most important. you need a belt with -5 rage cost of weapon throw. also life leach on it (if you dont got a weapon with it already) would be real good.

I see you're dual wielding - would you consider playing this build with a shield in HC? Seems like it'd be pretty safe that way.

When i first got to inferno on my barb way back, i did a similar build but with a 2hander and instead of sprint I used Ancient Spear/Rage Flip. Spamming crit spears is one of the most fun ive had playing my barb, but Sprint/Tornado definitely looks like the better choice; i never knew those things attacked so fast and just generated tons of rage for you off crits haha.
Its one heck of a safe build for barbs who dont have the resall to tank anything, but my main problem was that I ran out of rage too quickly and spent a lot of time just running in circles waiting for warcry/warstomp to go off CD. My gear back then was pretty shit tho and with your recommended 45% crit i can see this being quite effective and hilariously fun.

most definately. you can even get this important crit chance a lot easier with shield, since unlike weapons they can have critchance.

however, as i said my gear isnt godlike at all. just stick to this and you cant go wrong:

i personally am at 2065 str, 750 vit, 200alres, 50% crit and 432% critdmg, which cost me roughly 10 mio gold.

quick question: were you able to do this without a fury cost reducing belt for weapon throw?

no, absolutely not. at least not as main attack. got my belt for 300k, so i dont think thats the big problem.

it might get a problem when people start to appreciate -5 fury weapon throw on lementation belts, but now people just think its useless shit.

nope.... only 3 lamentations with -5 on AH with lowest sitting at 30 mil..... i bought a cheap -5 fury one for 300k a month ago without any good stats and now the lowest rare i see is like 1.1mil

I have a friend who does this build, his gear is godly though... probably every item is very close to BiS. When we run inferno with him, he just runs to the elite packs and clears everything for us and we just take his flag lol. I've seen him tank a whole level before elites and all -.-
EDIT: Nevermind he does the WW/Tornado build, close enough

hm that sucks. maybe you have to get lucky. -4 will probably do as well, if you got ~50% crit.

Picture of gear would be great. If you can handle whimsyshire on inferno, 10m is practically a budget build for farming.

800 dps 100% crit 100 str = 500k (yea i know, got lucky there)
860 dps 130% crit 100 str = 4.5 mio (by far my most expensive item)

act 3 is easier than ponyland. the only problem is act 4. im not sure if i can do it solo, but coop im having a hard time there.
i will do a whole run through inferno, starting act 1 (including ponies) now. also i will speak about my gear (and a lot of other shit that comes to my mind). if someone got a question or just wanna talk, use that chat, i will alt+tab from time to time.
