My friend has the exact same problem with molten, and the fat zombie things that explode into the little snakes. We were playing through Act IV of hell and we were doing pretty awesome. I was on my level 60 wizard with 40k dps helping his level 60 WD (who just got to 60). We barely survive this huge mass of corrupted angels and mass meteors and all that good stuff. But the corrupted angels with a rare mob with molten. And as usual he is standing on top of their bodies. Prompting him to get one shotted by the explosion for the umpteenth time.

I love when I'm idle (fiddling with my inventory, standing still while sending a chat message, etc.) and my mercenaries or other followers (e.g. Tyrael) start yelling at me for not questing. The stuff they say always surprises the hell out of me and makes me laugh. They get frickin angry!

The same thing happens to me when I play skate 3.... lol
I'll start texting a friend and leave my tv on... and other skaters in the game say some pretty funny shit to me.
