This game is silly. I did it like this guy. I also did it with a witch doctor ally who has more dps than me, since I have low dps. However, I could do this solo too, would just take longer. With overpower, the redirect 30% damage rune and loh, you instantly regain full health once you use it. My barb isn't that greatly equipped, so I had to time it with other life gain skills and potions while my overpower was in cool down. However, since my barb's equip is not great, I'm now stuck in the game and can't beat the mobs on the bridge after beating ghom.

For Superstition, does it reduce mob affixes damage by 20%? Like molten, arcane, poison, etc.? That means I take less damage when I get hit by those? And how about Threatening Shout? Does that do the same thing or only reduces actual enemy attacks?

In my opinion it's just your build thats wrong, not enough damage to run a build like that. You are basically running a glasscannon build with tank equipment, drop cleave, sprint ,battle rage and slam, and bring out the revenge spam with frenzy(maniac) and the defensive skills of your choice. Personally i use Leap/overpower/wotb. My own stats are about 54k hp, 750 res,10k armor with both passives and 21k dps and i can do cydea/asmo runs without deaths mostly.

This game is silly. I solo'd Ghom by swapping a couple skills and really staring at cool-downs. The build I used was: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/barbarian#WVQPRk!ZUe!ccbZZc I also used potions during the fight as well. The big skill is Overpower, as it pretty much shoots you immediately to full (at least me, with 700+ LoH) Took a couple tries, but worked. Doesn't matter, since the fields afterwards are too rough with current gear, however. (Discovered that I cannot post to forum through iPhone. Work prevents posting at all.)

Also try ignore pain + ignorance is bliss. Also, your life% is really low. Try getting a socketed helm and drop a 15% amethyst, it'll bump your hp to 47.5k; however, try this only after you use a better skill build and if you still are dying.

I am using standard broad and sword which is leap ignore pain warcry Wotb frenzy revenge If i should switch to overpower. which skill should i take out? overpower +crushing advance is situational. If you have 600+ LoH, it alows you to tank magic dmg that ticks often (e.g., Ghom's poison or desecrator/molten/plague) because it gives you 30% dmg reduction AND it relfects the dmg, so it procs LoH. If you have ~450 fire/physical/arcane resist unbuffed, you can drop warcry and try overpower (this is what a really good barb, zrave, does: twitch.tv/zrave). It's something to try out but it may not work best for you(i perosnally don't use it).

While not quite as much damage reduction as leap or ignore pain, the cooldown is short and shorter still with good crit. In some cases you can cast overpower again before the 4 second damage reduction/reflection is up for 100% uptime in big fights. The reflect damage + LOH aspect is still very useful vs molten and plagued elites.

Another questions plz, 1 can reflect damage do critical aswell? or you mean it come from my attack? 2 If the damage that reflected is mitigated (by Overpower with crushing advance), does the item that has reflect damage also mitigated the damage too?
