So, it'll be impossible for Terran to cheese anymore? That's got to be the worst solution to frequent cheesing I've ever seen. I cheese maybe less than 1% of my games, but having that option is necessary to make your opponent aware that even in the early game he's not safe. These are the kinds of things Blizzard comes up with when balancing?

The reaper speed change is truly....ugh. Consider that reapers become absolutely useless after the early stages of the game, and this change would essentially increase the cost for reaper speed by 150/100 + the build time for a factory. Make reapers viable after the early game and I can get behind this. Otherwise just make the upgrade more expensive again and be done with it.

Saying "Zerg is balanced, 75% of players need a buff to their personal skill" is like saying "nerf Terrans by disallowing keyboards for T users".

Not a fan of the supply depot requirement for barracks. I play Protoss, but that seems lame and stops some early aggression strategies. I like the reaper nerf and the roach buff will certainly help. I'm a fan of it so far. The blink nerf is nice too. Would be cool to see that in action in a PvZ

I have no idea why zerg needs more life on buildings when they can be healed? It costly yes, but so is repair for terran.

Having low life spire gives way to counter it by being offensive etc... I totally agree with roach range though

As a Zerg player, I think the roach buff is extremely stupid... Imagine how this will effect ZvP :/
And the supply depot before barracks. Wtf were they thinking? Also think the reaper speed nerf is the wrong way to go about this. It's not like reapers are OP.

incorrect. marauders and marines without stim/conc are still absolutely amazing units. Much, much, much better than un upgraded roaches and zerglings.

The Barracks are going to require a Supply Depot, which will impact a lot of early terran reaper pushes.


I had good faith in Blizzard balancing abilities. Yeah, had.

Too bad there isn't an option to return the game and get back money when the developer starts to do stupid shit with said game...

this is a pretty crappy patch from the sounds of it.. Terran are gonna be so one-dimensional with needing a supply depot first.. as we saw in the GSL finals, a zerg who went HATCH first can stop a 7rax reaper rush with good micro, so its not impossible =/

Roach range is going to be retardedly strong.. that was their only downside, but now I see every zerg just going mass roach again and it being way more effective. If you watched Root vs EG afew days ago, was it SLush vs Axslav?? Slush just kept getting mass roach, while Axslav had every unit combo except collosus and what won the game? Pure roach. THis was without range, imagine how insane its going to be with range.. Not looking forward to this.

Hmm another reaper nerf. To me, i dont see any use for reapers at all, other units do its exact job only better. I just hope one day they take them out and replace them with Medics and change the dropship back to normal.
