Please read below. There have been some MAJOR changes!
THE BIG CHANGE: This is going back to true D-/D/D+ ONLY.if you have hit C- at ANY point you'll be ineligible this time around. In case of seemingly strong players without ladder results they will be evaluated by a committee consisting of myself, and several others (TBA). It's subjective, but that is how it's going to be done.
It hasn't been an issue in the past but I want to be abundantly clear. If you have been C-/C/B/A++ at any point, do NOT post your max rank as D+ xxxx pts. This applies to any account. If you've been 5000 pts on one account, but only 2700 on another your max rank must be posted as 5000.
Failure to read and follow this properly will result in a permanant ban from ALL future D Ranks events.[/big]

Format and Date:
There will be 32 players, Dual Tournament style groups.

After that, the 16 players will be randomly seeded into a single elimination bracket.
Maps will be predecided.
When (Default Game Times):
Group stages: Saturday, Jan 18 5:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
RO8: Saturday, Jan 25 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
SEMIFINALS: Saturday, Feb 01 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
FINALS: Saturday, Feb 15 6:00pm GMT (GMT+00:00)
Where:
Channel op DRIT @ ICCup is common meeting place, but any server can be used
Who can play:
This league is only for D-/D/D+ rank players who are willing to participate consistently. This means MAX RANK. On ANY account. You cannot signup with a D account if you have been yellow or higher on another.
You may ask to play even if you don't fit the criteria and we will review the case.
**The exception are players with previous DRTL/DRIT entries. Most of these players are exempt for having to inform me of their situation as I already am aware.**
How to sign up:
You can indicate your interest by posting your:
TL Name: XXXXX
ICCup Akas: Main ID, other known ID 1, other known ID 2, etc.
Highest Max Rank achieved on ANY account
Race/Matchups: (Please just use letters, ie. TvZ/PvT instead of the tlpd icons. It's much easier to read)
DRTL Team you're on/Previous DRITs:
New Players to DRIT: Please include your ICCup account name that has at least 20 games played, minimum 10 replays at least 10 minutes long PM'd to LMaster. Your TL account must also be older than the start of this thread with minimal exceptions. The decisions by the admins for your entry are final.

Wish I could sign up for this but I can't make Group Stages (actually I can't make any of them cuz I have school Friday morning, the sad life of a high schooler, but individual matches are easy to reschedule, group stages not so much)

Pretty sure they're supposed to be Saturday. He did the wrong date-stamp, listing them as 2013, not 2014.

Oh well unfortunately I still can't play on Saturdays  I hate group stages

Could you fix the time stamp on the group stages please? given that everything else uses the code or whatever to give us our local times its a little weird having it not do that

Done.
Note that groups begin a little earlier than the others as starting around 22:00 is a bit late for EU guys.

note: I've hit C- just once of all seasons between 2008 and 2010 when I was playing active as possible. now i'm back after SC2-break and can't even get D+ played about 70 games with ~30% winrate. this far my C- is just a moment of honor that I note as far as it's said it should be done.
