I have to call [citation needed] on all this. Trump seems more clueless and easily manipulated than actively involved with a foreign intelligence operation. Hell, I'm sure even the Russian intelligence branch would be loathe to give any actual access to Trump, they would just give him a few freebies along the way. Like the leaks. Primaries Trump had a sort of impressive Trumpian celebrity charm. What came after was something else entirely. it's not him doing it personally of course, but plenty of operatives around him. you'll see in a few weeks?

The president will hold a rally Saturday afternoon at a hangar in Melbourne, Florida. It will be his first campaign-style rally since his so-called thank-you tour during the transition period to states he won in November.
“Join me in Florida this Saturday at 5pm for a rally at the Orlando-Melbourne International Airport!” Trump tweeted from his personal Twitter handle, along with a link for supporters to RSVP.
The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding the rally, but Trump himself had floated the idea of hosting them even as president.
The return to campaign form, if only for a day, could give a boost to Trump’s presidency. The early stages of his administration have been marred by damaging leaks compounded by withering criticism from the media, massive protests against his policies and Cabinet nominees, an increasing number of potential investigations against him and his allies, and some solitude, as his wife and 10-year-old son have spent most of their time in New York.
Saturday, however, will put Trump on friendly turf, likely in front of thousands of raucous supporters and a pool of TV cameras, a chance to be the sole star on stage after holding bilateral news conferences alongside Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday and Wednesday, respectively.
And it comes after yet another tumultuous week in his administration. Trump accepted the resignation of his national security adviser, Michael Flynn, late Monday. Flynn had discussed sanctions with Russia’s ambassador to the U.S. during the transition but misled Vice President Mike Pence about it, for which he apologized and tendered his resignation, at Trump’s request.
Then on Wednesday, Trump's nominee to be labor secretary, Andrew Puzder, withdrew from consideration, amid ongoing controversy.
The rally will follow the president’s trip to Charleston, South Carolina, on Friday. White House press secretary Sean Spicer told reporters Tuesday that Trump will attend the rollout of a new Boeing plane: the 787-10 Dreamliner.
“This visit will give the president an opportunity to celebrate a huge milestone for thousands of workers at Boeing, America’s No. 1 exporter in the millions of American workers involved in aerospace,” Spicer said. “This trip has been months in the making, and we’re thrilled to celebrating the rollout of this amazing plane.” Source He needs a morale boost. In Washington he's not in friendly territory. Yep, he had a bad week. He needs an event to prop his ego back up.
He is going to need a lot of those over 4 years.

Those poor international leaders who have to call him... He will tell them about his great rally for weeks... And then do the next rally after he told everyone at least 5 times about it, while they were trying to talk politics...

His third grade language is a departure from the speaking style of pretty much everyone else who tries to talk with a coherent and well-versed language.
I'd be annoyed if I wanted to get serious work done over the next four years that involved the US.

They will fill the seats enough for a good camera shot or two. He will say its a lot and attack the media about not covering it.

Hmm, doesn't sound impressive enough. How about "a fraction of a billion!"?

Good for a laugh...
Liberals are predictably wasting very little time trying to create a political firestorm over retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn stepping down as President Trump’s national security adviser.
Let's be clear: It was wrong that Flynn misled the president and vice president about his phone call with the Russian ambassador. Like the military man he is, he owned up to it. He did the right thing and stepped down.
But there's something much bigger and darker going on here. The alt-radical left has a master plan to damage and destroy President Trump, and as collateral damage, anyone connected to him. This is about the left’s willingness to do anything to stop President Trump from draining the swamp and changing the status quo in Washington.
The Washington D.C. swamp is rising up. It is colluding and viciously fighting to take down the 45th president and his entire administration. It's that serious.
The alt-radical left is hell-bent on annihilating everybody around the president, from top advisers like Kellyanne Conway, Steve Bannon, Reince Priebus, Stephen Miller, Sean Spicer and Sebastian Gorka, to even the president's own children, including his 10-year-old son. Source

that sounds fairly routine.
also, LOL at the hannity article legal just linked. good humor indeed.
|
I don't think the "alt-radical left" needs much help annihilating those people, with the exception of Trump's son and maybe this Gorka person all those folks are hell-bent on eliminating at least another listed person.
I also have no idea what the "alt-radical left" is (is it different from the "regressive left"?) nor how exactly it is synonymous with "the swamp." Worth a laugh indeed.
I do find it supremely humorous that "alt_" is now being used as a slur...by an ally of the alt-right...
