First, lack of an agreement is not a form of consent. Second, even the explicit omission of an NDA is not a grant of permission to distribute their product. Third, if Blizzard is going out of their way to remove "HotS" imitations in anticipation of the upcoming beta, I'm certain they don't want the real thing available outside of their beta agreements. | ||

I extracted Base.SC2Assets from Swarm.SC2Mod and then compressed them into a MPQ file, then renamed extension SC2Mod. But whenever I try to add it as a dependency in the editor the editor just crashes. Do you know why/what I am doing wrong? | ||

You could download World of Warcraft or Diablo 3 from the Battle.net servers and you'd still not have the rights to access, redistribute, or edit that content. Even paying for it only grants you the right to access the content after agreeing to a lot of terms. | ||
