Not enough CDR. revolver + SV + ionian is usually best imo. Rylais = not enough damage and you only get the 15% slow anyway because riot is retarded. So deathcap after this to get the most damage possible for midgame where vlad shines. After that you can get rylais, zhonyas, etc depending on the game. | ||

Evrey time I play with my friends we got roflstomped if opposing team has vladimir in mid. Today I tried annie vs him and even though he cant be really aggresive in lane (early) i cannot do anything vs him due to casting that frikin pool when he sees i am about to unload my burst with stun ready. He killed me at level 6 cuz he dodged my burst and after that he just snowballed like he ussualy does whenever i see him going mid :/ | ||
